The Holme Bush Inn in Purbeck

Food was good, and staff very friendly, decor a bit dated. Good value for the money.

Doughy Yorkshire pudding on roast dinner and oaty fruit crumble is cooked fruit with oats sprinkled on top. Food OK if you eat it rather than look at it.

Good pub, good food. Live bands and BBQs in the summer months.. can even pitch up a tent to stay over in 👍

A lovely friendly pub. Food served by exceptionally friendly staff food delicious and well cooked. Would happily make it my local.

Bit difficult to make a true assessment cos they were waiting for draught beer to arrive. But from what I could glean, they don't usually stock anything of particular interest to me ie darker / stronger.Likewise, not a great or expansive range of spirits although about 8 gins.Customers gave food a thumbs up.

Had a lovely meal here, really tasty, hubby got talking to the owners and found there was much history here, would come back maybe when it's warmer

Not bad but over prised and closed tills at 9pm without calling last orders and refusing to serve any more as tills cashed up.

Fabulous pub, full of character, outside food & bar so not much of a queue even on a busy sunny day. Good outdoor music venue too with Rat Race -a brilliant ska band playing!! I didn't eat here but the food looked lovely.

First time here. The pub has a warm feeling about it. Staff friendly and helpful. Good range of beers, food excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely ambience and helpful staff. We sat outside and felt that the music was not adding to our experience so asked for it to be turned off which it was. The food was good though in a group of seven there was quite a difference in time between the first and last one arriving. That having been said we enjoyed our meal.
