Admiral Blake Fish Bar in Sedgemoor

Normally excellent but the last few visits have been severely lacking. 5 minutes to be served and after nearly ten minutes of waiting for my food I get asked "are you okay to wait a few minutes?". I understand it's not always easy but they seriously need to learn how to do more than one order at a time!

Thankyou SO much for our lovely meal last night. 7 of us. Service with a smile, good quality, nicely cooked, fish & chips (and dessert!). Love the way chips are served in a bowl on the plate, chips stay hot. First time all out for a meal for ages and it was worth every penny.

Lovely batter, friendly staff, clean premises with parking. My 6 year old said their quarter pounder was the best burger in the world. She ate a whopping great big quarter pounder! Jan 2022

Excellent fish and chips. Staff friendly and helpful. I can recommend the chicken curry. True chip shop style and great value. Always looks clean and tidy. Restaurant looks really nice too!

Food was great, although I must complain that I was not served by Admiral Blake. The waiter tried to shrug off the blame by saying he was dead but I think it was because they were understaffed due to Covid.

Had double cheeseburger, and my fiancée had gluten free fish. Both with chips. Absolutely perfect. We ate in, rather than takeaway. Great, friendly and helpful service. Very fresh ingredients. Also had cheesecake, and fiancée had gluten free cheesecake. A rare find! Very large, and lovely slices. Would come back much more often, if we didn't live 3 hours away... Highly recommended

Sat 31st July..... 8 of us piled in for dinner at short notice, staff extremely nice & friendly. Food was all round excellent and made for a fantastic experience.Will be coming back for sure, thank you to the young lady that served us too' she was fantastic
