I can't believe all the negative reviews posted for this place. Been coming here for years and (aside from 2020 with the Covid blip, when the food was definitely below par probably down to staff shortages) we've never otherwise had a bad meal. And there has certainly been none of the rudeness mentioned by some of these bullsh*t reviews. Infact the only rudeness we witnessed last night was from CUSTOMERS who wouldn't accept that they couldn't get in because the place was FULL!The food tonight was excellent. Lamb Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala and the old chestnut Chicken Balti. All simply top drawer and arriving at the table in good time. No 'bland, 'tasteless' food. No 'well over an hour' waiting and no rude staff.Well worth a visit if you fancy a proper curry as opposed to the ready meal curries the pubs round here all serve up.Five stars all round. You negative review posters should stick to soup in a basket at Krackers.Update 2022, as excellent as ever. Food was top notch. Beer was great. Service was attentive and polite. Doggy bagged what we left for later, no problem - 5*

Had a nice meal, friendly staff and delicious food, was recommended a lamb garlic bhuna (Madras hot) that was very good. We also had a chicken biryani that was also nice (and huge). Would happily go again, many thanks!

Absolutely amazing. We found this place last week by chance and we had to go back again tonight even though it’s a 2.5 hour drive. Food is flavoursome, fresh, hot, plentiful. The staff are attentive and friendly. We have enjoyed both our visits and will definitely be back. Thanks 🙏

Lovely food! just don't have any of the poppadoms before the meal as they charge so much more! we ordered 4 of them and got charged £5 or so yet they're 50p each on the menu... work that one out!!One of the waiters came across very impatient and a little bit rude! not sure why unless we weren’t the clientele he wanted in his restaurant.the food and the other staff made up for this so 3 stars...

I'm going to be honest, we all (9 inc children) had reservations (no, not bookings) about this Indian restaurant on arrival. Its massive inside with what's almost a works dining room feel to it. However, the food was excellent and the service was top notch too. If your in the area and especially if your a big party, give it a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Our bill? 6 adults, 1 teen, 2 children, with wine and drinks £130.00

Amazing food but the service was really poor ,the one guy serving us couldn't be bothered everytime we asked for something it seemed to much trouble he also slammed the glass of coke down in front of my 2 year old granddaughter, very rude

Worst curry I have ever had. Chicken tikka massala with the texture of roggan. Not a massala sause even tasted sweet as korma. Garlic nan was stone cold and had galic paste that was not even dissolved. It was like lard. I have never eaten a meal so bad. No way this chef is Indian. Save your money its a disgrace.
