Burger King in Sedgemoor

Post apocalyptic Wild West. If you want to eat in, bring your own chair! Approximately the size of a public toilet, this place serves sprite that taste like windolene. I wouldn’t even put my elbows on the tables let alone the food.

Stop off for a break. Decided on BK. Service was fast and good. Polite kid serving. Went for the Bacon XL. Food was hot a fresh for a change and by some miracle they had mayo. Services have large car park and all the usual stuff. Would recommend.

Restaurant due to open at midday. Still closed at 12.10. No sign of any activity from staff. Gave up and decided they're not deserving of my business.

Don't expect much, taste like a BK burger however a bit squashed. Young staff on minimum wage don't care about your food. Easy to order place is clean.

Poor service, poorly made burger no urgency to rectify. Asked for salt, got told it’s in the bag! Walk the length of the car park, got in my car to find out their was none, walked back waited for the one person serving. Explained and she walked off. I repeated again this time saying my foods getting cold and can I have some salt. Still no urgency she eventually understood and gave me the salt. After getting back to my car. I opened my double bacon XL and found it to be poorly put together and lacking the correct amount of cheese slices which made it very dry. Couldn’t be bothered to walk all the way back seeing as I have just been driving for 4 hours and two to go...I know all this seems petty but its still disappointing with their a lack competence and understanding

Go at your own risk. Flat white not even half a cup filled, crispy chicken and Royale both with black lettuce nuggets cold. This is the worst branch of Burger King even the smallest take away in the world will serve better quality burger than this one.Avoid, Use subway or starbucks at this services

Always have a good experience at Sedgemoor North Burger King. Food always fresh and staff friendly. Overall a good services to stop at.

I would like to leave a zero star review, shame the highest is 1 star. Ridiculously poor service! The place wasn’t even busy and we waited 15 minutes for our order (1burger, chips and mozzarella sticks) to come out! 10orders were served before ours, when we made them noticing it, all we got was a “nothing we can do”, not even extra fries. They really know how to make their customers happy. Never stopping at this service station again.

The experience starts with the very poorly designed self ordering machines which spit out 2 receipts, with one containing a heavily diaguised randomly generated 5 digit size 6 Arial font order number.After a 3 hour wait expect your food to be served dry, and if you are eating in, make sure you have all your vaccinnations and do your best not to put anything on the filthy tables.

Would give this place a minus rating if I could! Stood in a queue here for FORTY MINUTES today to get served. There were only about 10 people in front of me so I was anticipating 5-10 minute wait. But 40...?! Not what you want when you've spent the previous 3 hours stuck in traffic jams on the M5! There were three people 'out front' (not sure how many round the back preparing the food but presumably not many) but only one till open, although even when I got to the till I had to wait several minutes before being served and then another 10 minute wait for the food. Quite simoly the worst 'fast food' experience I have ever been unfortunate enough to experience. Could have had a sit down meal in the time wasted here.
