Great service and food is always excellent. Caters well for any food allergies. Good value for money.

Never order from here again. Ordered our food via just eat said it would be about 90 min after 100min we rang china palce they said there order time is 120min so will get order out asap so after 150 min we rang again order was still going to be another 30min so we was going to cancel but had to cancel via just eat butbas there was a massive que we rang china palace whilst were on the phone china palace caanceled our order via just eat then haf the nerve to say we canceled it..VERY POOR SERVICE.

Had a take away from here, the chicken was really good and large chunks. Sweet & sour sauce was the best that I have discovered so far in Bridgwater, but I should add I have not visited all Chinese restaurants yet.

Went to collect food we ordered after being told would be 45 mins and were kept waiting another 10 minutes and was only warm.Ordered food tonight a few weeks later for delivery this time ,before i could pay the line went dead.Food turned up 45 mins later but no way of paying girl with order.Called the restaurant but line just kept ringing even though not busy i was told.Driver called owners mobile and still no answer at which i said my food was getting cold so i would pay later if someone would answer the phone.5 minutes later a knock at the door for my money.Delivery girl was nice,driver was no help,food was cold and not great and i wont be ordering from China Palace again,plenty other options,dont use them.

Absolutely disgusting food and the chicken tasted really weird and left a horrible after taste! I have never written a review before this place but feel it's my duty to let people know how bad it is!!! This place used to serve good food but now under new management the food standards have dropped dramatically and I will NEVER, EVER AGAIN order from China Palace

Food was stone cold on arrived I called back immediately and complained after spending £26 and expected my food to be hot! When I spoke to the gentleman he told me he didn't believe my dishes where cold so I then asked him why would I be calling up if this was the case?!He did not apologise, offer to cook it again or refund my money I then told him the temperature of all my dishes which were all below 4*C he then offered my £6 off my current dish and to keep my cold food! When I asked what I was meant to do with my cold dishes and told him i would be reporting this to the Bridgwater mercy he offered to cook it all again but wanted the old dishes back and it would be here in ten minutes. I accepted this when my second lot of dishes got to me (10 minutes later) they where only just hot at 15*C. I am outrage by the service I have received this evening! Thank you for the prawn that I never receive as well which are free when you spend £18+

Worst Chinese I have had in a long time. Ordered the house special chow mein. Chicken had weird taste and texture, was more like quorn(or other fungi substitute). The beef was freezer burnt then cooked making it extremely hard to eat, dry, crumby and tasteless. Only 2 prawns in a full dish. Also they never filled the tub feeling like you only get half a meal for full price.

Re heated food at night from the afternoon left overs kept with out cooling and served cold/bit warm. Disgusting and spoiled our night out. This is asking for food poisoning.Should be closed down. Do not recommend this dangerous place only if your suicidal.

This restaurant used to produce high quality food to order. My wife and I went there quite regularly and got to know the staff and their children.Now it offers a mediocer buffet which has little or no quality or taste.We have no intention of going there ever again as the quality is sub zero!!! Everythying is - Payment Up Front, so if you want drinks during the meal - the have to be paid for them each time! You have to pay for the food, before you are able to see it!! Customer friendly?? I think NOT!!AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!

This is THE WORSE Chinese restaurant I have ever been in - so much so I feel compelled to write my first ever review. I went with a friend on the Sunday Buffet night because we wanted somewhere near the motorway to stop and eat. I am not a fussy eater by any means but there were very few of the dishes I felt safe eating or particularly enjoyed. The crispy duck was best thing they had on offer. However, most of the dishes were unflavoursome of just physically unbearable. The prawns resembled gelatine and the beef dishes appeared to be all made from the same cooked up batch. If you value your health or are after a remotely average chinese, my advice would be to keep walking...
