Coffee#1 is my preferred choice of coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, comfortable seating, delicious food and drinks. Perfect place to catch up with a friend I've not seen for 15 years.

The last three days I have visited coffee 1 in Bridgewater. The staff are very friendly and polite. The store has a great atmosphere, I was able to do my work that I have needed to do. I would highly recommend to anyone. There is a little blonde woman there her customer service towards every customer she serves is fantastic. I didn't catch her name.

Good coffeeQuite a few tables outside which is handy if you don't want to sit inside a busy cafe. Ideal for us with children and dogs so they could run around outside.Clean inside .Also had alternative milks which helps when children have allergies.Overall good experience.

I was shocked that none of the staff were wearing masks today. One girl kept sniffing and rubbing her nose. Another coughed a few times. I wiped the knife she gave me and the cup handle with sanitiser. Not a healthy place to be. I won't be back.

This place has really gone down hill since new management has been bought in. He's very very rude, everything I say when ordering is met with "uh-huh", he has got my order wrong several times and then shaken his head at me when I've explained it wasn't quite right. What happened to customer service! Other staff seem quite despondent now also which is a shame as the atmosphere was previously lovely. Don't think this has been a change for the better.

Great hot chocolate! Highly recommend, a great regular for the locals, found another in Taunton! Queue was a bit long and slow to be honest otherwise great experience!

It was quiet when my friend and I arrived, around 11:45 on a Tuesday morning, so we were served quickly. Good coffee, nice feel to the coffee shop.

Went in today and although the service was good and coffee very nice & hot, the tea was extremely weak, tables were a mess, the floor looked like it hasnt been cleaned for days particularly the mat and the toilets were really unclean. There were plenty of staff!!!!

Never seen this in coffee shop. You can take a bag of used coffee beans for free and you can use it as a compost to your garden. Definitely a plus for this place.Warm, cosy and ancient looking place with lovely staff. It looks that they care about environment.

Popped in for breakfast today before work, situated in the town centre, typical coffee shop, darker and more subdued than Costa up the street, the range of cakes looked delicious, I opted for honey porridge and a pot of triple mint tea. Good value at less than a fiver, both were delicious and the service was good.
