Deniz Kebab House in Sedgemoor

Never had problems before, but just ordered a chicken shish in pitta bread. Actually thought it was a joke when I opened it. A mini pitta bread with only 2 bits of chicken £12.50. really bad.

Over 2 and a half hours for delivery, when it arrived wraps were cold, meat was hard and burnt, very little meat or salad in them.. Very poor!

I phoned up to make food order . However when I arrived, no food was ready and nobody knew that we had rung . So we then had to wait 20 minutes. Get the food home - totally wrong order and the kebabs were black, dry and inedible. This place has gone downhill.

Would give 0 stars if possible, DISGUSTING, Worst chips I've ever had, the order was wrong, chicken dry and bland! WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN!!

Would never order from here again. Ordered a lamb doner and mixed kebab, the delivery took over an hour, the driver turner up and waved the order in front of our window. The kebabs portions were small, dry and over cooked. Chips were over cooked and tasteless. Would not recommend or order from here again.

Worst kebab I've ever had. Would give zero start if I could. Lamb donnor meat was hard, over cooked and dry, tasted like dog food. Chips not cooked properly, hardly any sauce. Disgusting.

The worst kebab I’ve ever had.Ordered a mixed doner kebab, obviously I know what this consists of and am not expecting something fantastic but at least comparable to every other English town kebab shop. The doner meat was fine as it is probably difficult to mess up, however the chicken doner was few and far between. The chicken I did have must have been on the rotisserie for a while as it was just hard and crispy.The salad was alright but again, not hard is it. The chips were all stuck together in the container and tasted as though they were not fresh and were re-heated.We ordered online and asked for a wrap, which they decided to give us it as a kebab instead. I’m not sure of restaurant regulations but 2 people behind the counter and 2 people on the other side and none were wearing face masks either. I won’t be going here again.

What a shambles. I have now had 2 inexcusable encounters with this place.The first one was when I ordered food when I was at a friend's house, they then told me how long it would take to deliver without even asking for me address! They has just used my mobile number from a previous order and assumed I was ordering my food there. So we were left without food.The second one, I had placed an order online specifically for a wrap with only cucumber and lettuce, with mayonnaise, and was given a luke warm wrap with every bit of salad but cucumber and lettuce, and no sauce!When I called them up, I was told "we can send another one out but it'll take a while so you may aswell eat that one while you wait"The sheer arrogance of this place is unreal, for all they know I could have been allergic to the other ingredients I specifically asked not to have. When you're paying £30 for a kebab order you at least expect them to get the order right, seeing as it was done online so there were no mistake with taking the order.

I can quite honestly say without hesitation that last nights kebab consumption was amongst the most unpleasurable experiences I have ever encountered. Upon being presented with my Deniz donor it soon became apparent to me that a severe case of the marco pierre whites was on the cards. As each bite of the grease soaked donor entered my mouth the nausea increased at an alarming rate 1/5. The chilli sauce was extremely watery and lacked any noticeable potency 2/5. Following a mere 2hr 15 minutes wait it would be fair for you to assume that everything would be right. How wrong could I be after lifting the lid on my cheeseless cheesy chips 1/5. Dreadful
