Edelweiss in Sedgemoor

Lovely cafe in Cheddar. I have a lot of food intolerances and was really pleased to see they offered gluten and dairy free options on a lot of there menu. It was reasonably priced and very good quality food. Will definitely return here.

Waited to order for outdoor seating and completely ignored by staff at ordering window. Did not eat and would not return again. Menu quite expensive

Nice cafe, friendly owner , good tea, with a pot of hot water and beautiful fruit scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream,Sez it all.

Popped into this little gem of a cafe 22/04/22 for a cream tea.The wife decided to have a slice of carrot cake instead. Wow what a choice she made. One of the best carrot cakes tasted. I had the cream tea and that was lovely tooWe will be back

Lovely little cafe in the heart of the Cheddar Gorge.They do a nice selection of food and the service is lovely. It's a very quaint place but welcoming and warm. The prices are fair and kids are welcome.

Lovely place. Looks unassuming from the outside but it is really lovely. Food was brilliant and very reasonable. Service was quick and friendly. All in all, a brilliant lunch.

Good place to stop before tackling a bike ride up through the Gorge, or after zooming down it from atop the mendips.Highly Recommend the Cake of the day and a cup of Joe.

This is only the second time I have stayed in Cheddar after a 40 year gap (it used to be our annual holiday as a child) and last years stay was affected by Covid. This trip brought back some great memories including eating at Edelweiss. A lovely clean cafe with very friendly staff. The breakfast sandwich was delicious complimented by excellent coffee.Only time prevented me from having lunch but I will book in when I stay again next year.

Had breakfast here for the first time. Egg, bacon and tomatoes. As said in another review - real bacon. All good quality and cooked well, very tasty... and friendly service. We were first in when they opened, very Covid safe! P.S. That's one rasher!!☺
