Not very impressed with the one in bath , over priced and another thing thease flies alover our table.We told a member of staff ,they were not interestedFive guys is much better value nicer staff .

Fancied a burger after work, so met the husband for a quick bite here.Fab venue, in the arches, really friendly staff and very nice food. Opted for the Vegan burger,v and was not disappointed.Shared a side of onion rings that must have been grown somewhere interesting as they were massive!!Tasty food, presented in a no nonsense manner.Give it a go!

First time visit for my wife and I whilst visiting Bath. We ordered classic cheeseburger and skinny fries. My wife's was the naked version, meaning she had salad instead of the bun. The burgers tasted great but my wife felt the salad had too much dressing on it and frankly left most of it on the plate. The skinny fries were almost skinnier than the cocktail stick holding my burger together. Far too skinny to eat with ease. Again my wife struggled to eat many of these. Not the best £30 I've spent on a meal. We were rather disappointed with this experience.

Fantastic burger! The service was pretty slow, and the cocktails were disappointing because you're given a bottle ... they are not even hand-made. Fries don't come with the burger, so you've make sure to order some. I would return as the burger was delicious!

Californian vegan burger is one of the best

I love this restaurant because the pay attention of their customers, am lactose intolerance and the manager was so nice ,informative she cares about the fact that I can eat a save and tasty food 😋 definitely recommend

Came here for food with my partner first off ordered a pineapple daiquiri its not you got served a pre mixed disgusting can with some chunky ice this got refunded after being ignored for about 30 minutes i noticed the manager came out to clear a table i asked if someone could come to take our order this being 2 burgers after 30 minutes i went and asked what was going on with my food the kitchen wasnt even aware of my order the inside restaurant was empty and there was 3 tables including ourselves one of which arrived after us ordered after us and was served before us i went to speak to the manager and said this was unacceptable and that i wanted a refund and my food to take away as we really annoyed by this point to which the foreign lady manager that was working on the 26/07/21 told me i would not get this i took a photo of the empty restaurant and said i was going to make a complaint to head office to which her reply was fine i dont care you can have your refund and eat elsewhere she argued with me for literally 10 minutes absouloutely zero customer service from this manager and believe she should be investigated into her disgusting behaviour! We will never come back to this place again absoloute shambles on customer service !

First time tasting the Beyond Meat plant based patties and wow, the chargrilling truly did the burger wonders. Very juicy with a crisp coating. Vegan cheese also surprisingly very tasty.Chips a tad volcanic. Oreo milkshake went down a treat.
