We were looking for a stop over on our journey back to S Wales and found this gem of a place on Google. Not too far off M5 for weary travellers looking for a break. Jazz and the rest of the staff are just fantastic, friendly and efficient and locals were good company too. Food was very nice and for a real ale enthusiast (like me) the choice of real ales was amazing !! (8 or 9 different ales). The room was of a good size and clean with an en suite walk in shower and an exceptionally comfy bed. We haven't got a bad word to say about this place. We will definitely be going there again as soon as we can. Loved it 👍🏻

Food was outstanding!! Home made soup was delicious and the sea bass was wonderful. Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Excellent service great bar staff this is a family friendly environment with outdoor seating area and beer garden with a large embedded trampoline for kids and adults great selection of ales, ciders and beers and fantastic range of food options mind your head in a few places if your 6ft plus

Absolutely fantastic meal, and friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and I've had meals there now several times and they have always provided a first class service. I would highly recommend this pub, faultless.

Stayed for one night. Lovely host very friendly, room was amazing with ensuite.Nice food which was presented well.For breakfast we had full English could help ourselves to toast coffee and cereal.The place was exceptionally clean I'm a hygiene manager and was certainly impressed.Thanks for a lovely night will definitely be staying again in the near future.
