KFC in Sedgemoor

Chips were disgusting, over cooked.... 2/3 order's have been rank... last time kfc buyer

Ordered today an original bucket, just one leg and lots a chicken breast pieces, tastes quite blunt and nothing like KFC. Ordered before it was refurbished and it was much better quality. No to mention the price and delivery times.

Order my food online wait an hour for it,it finally turns up cold and the delivery man gave me the completely wrong order it’s someone else’s try calling him and goes straight to voicemail then get hold of the shop and they say they can’t do anything cause it wasn’t there fault

Did not get my drink with my order. New staff training so should get better with time.

First ever visit here.Food order was quickly taken and had to wait a few minutes for it to be bagged up.On eating the KFC it was really hot and tasty which from experience at other outlets of KFC was a pleasant surprise.The only thing that it this outlet down was the state of the toilet, which is more down to those who have used it earlier, but a more frequent clean would be good.The toilet cost KFC Bridgwater 5 stars.

Customer service is awful. Always get the order incorrect and when you ask for it to be amended (because you should get what you pay for) the staff are always so reluctant to help. Almost every time they are out of stock with most food items and staff state they cannot place certain things on the order, even though other KFC stores in Somerset can. If you want a good experience and tasty food then I advise to go to Weston-Super-Mare store👍🏻

1st time having KFC in 2 years and was I disappointed! Used to love it here but waited 20 minutes for my order, chicken was so greasy it came through 3 paper bags and I dunno what happened to the fries... there was barely any there and they were not as good as they used to be. Wont be rushing back

Staff can't seem to get an order right, how the hell do you not put the burger in a burger meal?? The chips taste like cardboard too! Absolute waste of money.

Rude staff. Very dirty restaurant. Had to ask for the tables to be cleaned. I would understand if it was busy but the we're about 6 people in the entire restaurant
