McDonalds in Sedgemoor

It's fine, it's a McDonalds in a very busy service station on the side of a very busy motorway. Reading the other reviews people seem to expect michelin star level service, talk about being entitled, NO STRAW?! HOW ON EARTH COULD THIS POSSIBLY HAPPEN, I FEEL PERSONALLY ATTACKED. This restaurant is EXACTLY what you expect for a budget fast food restaurant next to a motorway.

Moves at an absolute snails pace, most of the staff are stood still not really doing anything

Dirtiest mcdonalds ever. Staff seem passed caring. Customers just walking out, desperate ones wiping and clearing the tables for their own families. Really slow service even for a basic coffee, had to ask for sugar as supply area empty and very dirty. I cleared a table and sat here for half hour, nothing changed!!! Unusual, mcdonalds usually have a certain standard. I wiped my feet before leaving.

I ordered 2 hamburgers and my husband the sweet chilli chicken wrap large meal and cheese burger. Everything was hot and lovely.The young lady who served us asked if we wanted anything else so big points there.The only thing is the cleanliness NEEDS to be better. The sauce dispenser was littered and covered in ketchup and Bbq sauce. And one on the bins was overflowing with rubbish. I felt bad I had to leave it on the side as it wouldn't even fit!!!!!

No milkshake, no hot chocolate. Dirty dining area, I understand this is down to customers not cleaning up after themselves and just making a mess but as this gets so busy it should be cleaned more regularly.

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. Tables littered with leftover food, food all over the floor, sauce caked on to dispensers, no napkins and generally a disgrace

Absolutely dreadful there was no chicken McNuggets or crispy chicken wraps how can can macdonals run out of their staple food. To add the service was slow and the ordering machine we used was broken. Do NOT recommend.

Possibly the slowest McDonald's (for breakfast) on earth. 30 mins for sausage and egg mcmuffin meals.No paper in several of the self service kiosks, so people queuing twice, once to order and again to get a receipt / order number.

. It is what it is. Mac Donald’s. Same pretty much wherever you go. The staff at this branch seemed friendly and attentive. Service was fast for the food we ordered. Clean facilities and constantly staff cleaning around and offering help too. Pretty standard for this food chain!

Unorganized staff. They don't make proper use of the numbering system... Even after asking for my order number...
