Prezzo - Bridgwater in Sedgemoor

Amazing place and great staffs, there are all AmaZing.

We booked for three people for an evening meal out at our local Prezzo which is rated quite highly by people but when one of us had a King Prawn Risotto it was served still frozen and uneatable so the waitress came and took it away and told my friend that they had warmed it up but you can't really warm up a frozen fish meat risotto so we had a free ice cream on the house but by the time it was served it was practically melting so on the whole we decided to leave and pay for two meals out of three. Sorry Prezzo but we won't be coming back to you even after being highly recommended. We will in future find another restaurant that will be more helpful than yourselves. NOT VERY HAPPY 😠☹️☹️😡. We went recently and the service had improved so will increase my star rating to 5 stars.

Excellent atmosphere, very helpful waiter and an amazing management team.

Staff were very pleasant. Food was good but not outstanding.

Great food and great service what's not to like. Been a stable favourite of mine in the town, never had a bad meal consistently brilliant.

The food was nice and the staff friendly but I found it odd they wanted everyone sat at the wall along the back of the restaurant 🤔

Love the restaurant, food was nice, not much for gluten free apart from certain pizza's or a few pasta dishes. When booked a few times and given "special instructions" these have been overlooked.

Perfect every single time! The best carbonara and the best service! I always end up giving a tip as all of the staff are lovely and super helpful!

Good food in a lovely building with friendly and helpful staff. Very enjoyable experience. Will be going again. Coffee by the way was excellent.

Cavernous restaurant inside the old Corn exchange. Strangely, this rather detracts from the sort of ambience you might expect. It is easy to feel lost in such a huge space. Intimate, it is not. The rather old and scruffy tables and chairs, unadorned with any sort of covering, only add to the sense of desolation. The food was very disappointing. Tasteless and served on cold plates, our choices from a very limited and unimaginative menu were small and the chips, which resembled closely those from a McDonald's medium meal, soon went cold. The service though was very good. I couldn't recommend this restaurant as being value for money, unless you were starving and everywhere else was closed.
