Sun Spot in Sedgemoor

Probably the best pub along the coast in brean. Its nicely done out, good draft cider and the staff are on the ball.Prices were very reasonable too

Friendly local pub, made welcome by staff and locals.

I'm not 100% sure what to rate this place. My family and myself attended twice last week. The first day the food was beautiful -cooked to perfection, the ladies who were working were very attentive asking if we needed anything else/food quality etc. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Two days later we went and even though the food was still nice, it just did not have the same wow factor, some bits needed to cook longer as other bits were burnt. The food was placed on the table by a young lad but we never really had any interaction with him or the other gentleman that took the order. Its a shame as the place would have had 5 stars if it was consistent.

Lovely cosy place. We just had a drink. It warm and clean. We will definitely go back. Prices were not to bad.

We had baked potato cheese coleslaw and lovely side salad throughly enjoyed it.

Beers cheap here and wine is on tap cheap round foods not bad at all

Thank god for the sunspot. Nothing else was open . No frills pub but all you need. Friendly staff cheap drinks

So we’re here at the moment and it’s lovely the staff are so friendly the food was lovely we had a little mix up but the staff sorted it quickly and we were offered a free round of drinks it’s a nice lively place clean and great staff 🙂

Lovely place we had the cod and chips and lasagne was lovely and a good price at about ten pounds per meal staff really helpful it does get really busy tho
