Don't let the appearance or decor fool you, this is a 1st class cafe stop. A must for cyclists with lots of cycle racks and seating to keep an eye on your beloved steed.

·

Despite being very busy service was excellent with all staff being very pleasant. A very good breakfast.

·

Friendly staff, great stop for tea and cake , the choice is good.

·

We ordered three hot drinks and one sausage roll which arrive somewhat overcooked after 20 minutes, while after 35-minutes we still hadn't seen our hot drinks so asked for a refund, which also proved a challenge for Sweets.

Lovely tearooms on the levels...had a fantastic breakfast, despite a massive number of cyclists descending on the place just after i arrived and was even given a free coffee as it was going to be a long wait. Food was well worth the wait. Freindly staff too. My go to place on my photography days.

Quirky place. Great cake, coffee and cream tea. However improvements could be made. Seemed like only one person was taking and organising orders so long wait. Made obvious that not pleased about us paying by card so we managed to scrape together the cash. Pleasant waiting staff however forgot cutlery and napkin to eat cream teas and forgot tea for one of us!Also be aware that if you order a double espresso you will be charged for 2 singles i.e. £3.60!!! Usually second shot elsewhere is 50p!!Nevertheless great spot and would return.

Great place for cyclists and motorcyclists and people visiting the Somerset Levels. Simple but good. Lovely people who run it.

Lovely place to go, love the quirkiness, the staff and ofcourse the food/drinks. Took our 7 year old today and the museum was very interesting for him to see - he had lots of questions as there's a lot of different things in there!

This charmingly rustic cafe is one of the few places on the levels to get snacks and drinks. You can sit outside, even on a rainy day, as there is plenty of cover. You also have the option of parking in a field if you want to eat in your car or use a picnic bench. I recommend the sausage bap! Limited opening times so check before coming. You can also order by phone. Nice clean toilets.

A great bike ride coffee shop, in fact that was nearly all the people there. It’s a little rough and ready or rural but there’s a real charm to that. Dog walkers welcome and an unusual inside/outside space with its own fire. The coffee and homemade cake was good and a good range of options. The cooked breakfast looked good.
