Not a place to go if you want to impress your dinner guests. Tired decor, slow staff and frozen chips. If you do go be sure to sign up to their newsletter to get a 25% discount on food, it doesn't make it ok but it eases the experience a little.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED -FROM THE MANAGER DOLLY?!Honestly had the most awful evening due to the manager of this restaurant. We showed up for our booked table. The manager showed us to our table (which wasn't ready for the first place...) which was directly next to the door. Bare in mind, its February, it's cold, it's windy and this is a busy restaurant. The door was opening constantly. We politely asked to have table somewhere away from the door - there were plenty of empty tables around the restaurant. The manager rudely refused. Didn't want to help. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and sat down but after a couple of minutes realised that if we wanted to eat food -which we intended, We would be frozen and the food would be cold.We proceeded to ask again to be moved. Yet again the Manager would not move us, he then began to be more rude, we asked for his name he replied with 'just leave my restaurant'. We are absolutley disgusted. Never in my life have we experienced anyone that rude, especially a manager of a restaurant and especially to customers. It has blown my mind how this man is a manager with absolutely no regard to customer service whatsoever. As usual regulars you can guarantee we will never be returning. Also trying to leave the carpark was an additional nightmare due to the image below.

Decided to stop by on the way home as there was heavy traffic on the ring road.I ordered a chicken melt and a pint of peroni.Service was not included.Definitely not included. I was greeted by the bar staff with a ‘yep!’ I was nothing but polite to her thinking she would drop that chip on her shoulder. She served me believing I was inconvenience to her.£15 for half a chicken breast with some barbecue sauce and melted cheese. The plate consisted of 80% undercooked chips with coleslaw from Sainsbury’s and lame looking piece of chicken the size of five pound note.No matter how hungry I am, never will I ever visit that poor excuse for a restaurant.

Arrived at 11.55 and was greeted to be told sit where u want bar or restaurant. We sat in restaurant and we were approached by a rude lady with glasses what are u doing !!! I explained the other lady told us to sit where we wish . She said abruptly we don’t serve till 12 . We were not Evan given the chance to look through the menu we just left . I was thinking of having my birthday meal here next month possibly 25 members of my family now we are out of covid . Not now my money will be spent elsewhere. I do hope your higher management read these reviews

do not go here unless you're willing to wait over 40 minutes just for a drink! i went here for a much needed family dinner only to be seated in seats much to small to get remotely comfortable in before waiting almost an hour for our food and just under that for a beer! food not even worth the slow service, and im. not picky with where i sit but i couldnt not notice the filthy condition the seats were in, really disappointed with this restaurant tonight.

We love Beefeaters and visit it often. We went to celebrate an important accomplishment, and it was enjoyable. Charlotte was fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Jack also did an excellent job. I tried the lamb roast for the first time and it was so tasty, and the mix grills are filling. We will definitely plan to return. We always have a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff are always so friendly. We always leave happy and full! We would highly recommend it. 💯

I didn't book a table and just turned up Saturday evening, on arrival I was told that the restaurant was not available as it was down to 50% capacity as someone had called in sick, dare I say there was only one table in use.We sat and ordered food at the bar, there was a good choice of drinks available and the menu has now returned back to the full menu that was served prior to the covid measures, where many places reduced what was available.Mains food was great I can't really complain, we ordered desert and was disappointed to find the sticky toffee pudding was served cold and that the churos and brownie sunday was also served cold even though it stated warm in the menu and was served warm two weeks earlier at the beefeater in Wenvoe ( Cardiff )My only other gripe was that the glasses stank, there's nothing worse than glasses tainted by a smelly dishwasher! Please run a cleaner through it regularly. That's the reason I awarded this place just 3 stars.

Only giving it a 2 because the beer was cold and the waitress was friendly. The food was average. very average. Tried for the second time to order the half chicken only to be told it wasn't available. Ordered the platter to share and just average. If I have to stay at the Premier inn aga6then I will definitely rather visit the Kebab truck down the road

If you claim they have good food then clearly you have to got a clue about food. Don't order the burger as its absolutely dry rubbish a piece of old meet put in a bun. Don't order the stake as its disgusting and don't order any pork. Would not recommend not good enough to even calk it pub food. Very very very baaad
