Bella Italia in South Gloucestershire

Went there for lunch and not busy. The food was not good at all. I had a chicken pasta with 5 small strips of chicken. However the flavour was lovely.

Food was really not at all that good, not worth it, but the manager was worse! She was awful. She was rude, lazy, dismissive, unwelcoming, and really felt like she did not even want to be there. She needs to get another job because clearly she has absolutely no idea how to work in the hospitality industry!

Mrs just ordered some takeaway pastas for an occasion. Myself, i worked in an italian kitchen for years. This pasta chef has chopped 3 chilli peppers to my portion. Plus no taste of salt and no taste of garlic. Would highly not recommend. 👎👎👎

Great menu and choices , good meal deal options. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant - however disappointed they opened half an hour later than advertised online. No opening times on the door and no reason given by staff - just kept us waiting in the cold despite everything appearing ready to go.. would have been nice just to go in and order drinks, wouldn't have minded waiting for food

Visited with work colleagues. Disappointed that no gluten free pizza bases were available. Also some other menu items not available. Always a good atmosphere in Bella though and food also consistent. Shame about the lack of gluten free options the time we visited.

Good pizza,but gelato is really bad,never had that bad gelato in my life,strawberry was not sweet,pistachio was bad,not sweet and nothing from pistachios,mango sorbet was awful and don t know why it was in the drinking glass i was expecting a bit nicer looking,maybe some fresh fruit in there or cream

What a fantastic place, the food, the service and the whole thing, amazing. Best food I have eaten, really hot and so tasty and well worth the money. The young waitress was so friendly, helpful and friendly.

I visited the restaurant to collect food. My partner is in hospital and after not eating for a couple of days she fancied a Carbonara. With the restaurant only being 10 minute drive from Southmead Hospital it was a good choice. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was polite and friendly, he took my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove to the restaurant and the food was ready for collection. The restaurant seemed to have a nice atmosphere and ambitious. I drove back to yeh hospital and the food was still hot and tasted good.I paid £17.98 for a Carbonara and Cheesy Pizza Bread.My only negative about my experience was the price was a bit steep for collection service. I would have expected a bit of a discount to a normal price as I wasn't using the full restaurant service.

Good service from the staff and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Plenty free parking outside and there are more food food joints around as it’s a retail park.The menu have new options too and the food quality is good and tasty. They also serve alcohol which include wine beer and cocktails . Their dessert menu have new options too . The ambiance is pretty cool, modern and lively .Their websites, meerkat insurance and 3 network always have deals so look out for it to save you some money and still enjoy good food .

Great venue. Lovely food and good service. The kids meals were plentiful and to top it all off we saved 25% with the Cineworld Unlimited card. Would of been 5 stars but for the long wait upon arrival to be seen and offered a table.
