Bella Italia - Bristol Cribbs Causeway in South Gloucestershire

We walked into Bella without a reservation and they had one staff on buy still seated us and the service was amazing and so quick. 5 star as always highly recommend. Staff go above and beyond. Thank you guys

The food wasn't anything special, Luke warm at best, I can't say if there was any duck in my pasta. The calamari was over done and had signs of frost burn the batter was hard.Best of all was the restaurant area smelt like a toilet.The toilet room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned, and sink plus taps were loose.All these things were reported.

Came in with the family before we went to cinema. Had a really good experience! Food was quick was really tasty and the service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I eat here Tuesday lunchtime and we were given a nice booth to sit in. 2 waitresses were excellent and attentive, drinks were very good. Starters were OK olives and Arrrosto fungi. However, it all went wrong with the mains. I had chicken carbonara, served with the wrong pasta and the ham had lumps of fat attached to it, was edible as I was quite hungry but only a 6 out of 10 at best. My wife had Pomodoro con bufala, pasta was hard and she could not get fork into any of the pasta around the outside. Very little sauce and my wife managed to eat a little of it from the middle. She brought it to attention of the waitress who offered to get the whole meal recooked my wife did not accept that offer and wished she had afterwards, she has never sent a meal back before. This would not get even a 1 out of 10, this was unfortunate as we have enjoyed eating here before. We would not recommend anyone spending their hard earned cash in this restaurant, our bill was £60.11 and no offer to remove anything from bill. Suffice to say this will be the last time we eat in Bella Italia anywhere.

Polite and friendly staff; great food and service.

Wonderful food and wonderful service. The staff were super responsive, friendly and attentive. I would recommend Bella Italia Cribbs to anyone. I would particularly like to mention our waitress Ewelina who was brilliant. 5 stars.

Haven't been here for a long time and very glad we came! Staff - Fallon and Ida were both really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely definitely coming back soon

Very friendly staff and such delicious food. The atmosphere was very nice and the overall restaurant look was so pretty! We had a bit of a struggle with my card but the staff was very understanding and patient. Also the cocktails are so so yummy! Will definitely be coming back.

It is very nice restaurant very friendly staff.Food we ordered was very good - lamb shank was cooked to perfection very tasty and worth waiting for also my wife’s pasta carbonara was excellent.Deserts good as well brownie with orange very strong taste - panacotta was great with fresh strawberries.Nice place would recommend- we will definitely be back.
