Carluccio's - Cribbs in South Gloucestershire

Worst Carbonara i ever had! It didn’t taste like a proper carbonara at all, VERY oily and the little bits of meat were so fatty and oily and burnt, proper pork cracklings instead of a normal pancetta. The mushroom soup starter was again very oily, the cheese and garlic foccacia was burnt and very oily… spent £37, not worth it!! The only nice thing was the peach juice.

We’ve been in Carluccio’s yesterday to have lunch before going for some shopping and it has been amazing as always.Quite many choices of food (plenty of starters, you can have pasta, meat or fish as a main, amazing desserts) and really friendly staff.The food arrived quickly and everything was really nice. I also really enjoyed my amaretto sour and would definitely recommend the profiterole with sweet ricotta cheese to finish you meal :)

Nice place to chill and chat. Risotto portion was somewhat frugal and they added truffle oil when I didn't order it. They did ask if I was okay with it so staff did the right thing.

Terrible service, low quality food, especially for the money. Watching waiting staff eat, chat, ignore the stuff you've ordered waiting on the side... frustrating. Poor covid controls too. Cramped seating and a manager who likes to wear a mask under the chin. It's a shame because there were clearly a couple of staff working hard despite others.

Lovely coffee and pastry to begin our day at The Mall but felt slightly rushed to leave once we'd refused a second coffee and the bill was placed on the table...we hadn't actually requested it and were considering whether to actually have another cuppa... obviously we didn't once the bill had been given...John Lewis got our business! The place wasn't overly busy and there certainly wasn't a queue for seats..... could have been a little more relaxed.

Very very poor service. Waitress was rude. Garlic bread was cold. Waited 10 minutes for one starter and then 20 minutes for the second. And then to top it all waited over an hour to get the main meals, only after asking where our food was. Would not eat in this place again. Yours dave.

Pretty shocking food. The worst carbonara I have ever had, seemed like the only seasoning was chicken based? It genuinely tasted like chicken super noodles (passed around the table to check I wasn’t going mad). The pancetta was burnt gristle and inedible, but after waiting over an hour for food I was too hungry to send it back. We were charged for items we had ordered but hadn’t received and had to get the receipt amended. The staff were friendly but that’s about the only positive from our trip today.

The second worst Carbonaras in the city. I have received awful sauce with plain spaghetti. They have used no pepper, no salt so the taste was really bad. There are nice people at service, but the kitchen is far behind the standard.

Waiters are bored and useless. The level of service is like a canteen. A poor version of the Hampstead village restaurant. I'm terribly disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone, money thrown away, I think they're poisoned, my stomach is completely bloated. Tomorrow I will going to the doctor for sure. All this for £ 71. I want my money back.

Very goods Just little thing sea foods specially mussels must more check. Keep quality and time to services. Overall it not to bad.
