Charcoal Grill Thornbury kebab&pizza and all day breakfast in South Gloucestershire

Tasty, loads of chips and amazingly delicious burger! Recommend!

Absolutely discussed with the service from there . Have ordered 3 times from there and every time they have forget half of the food . When they do bring the missing items they are all stone cold . When phoning up to complain and ask for a replacement they said if you don’t like it then don’t go back . No offer of a refund or a sorry . Such poor service

AWEFUL WILL NOT BE BACK. £20 for 2 kebabs! And wasn’t even the right order I received so I phoned back up and they said “very busy, next time you come explain it and we’ll sort it out (free chips or something) so went back up a couple days later and they didn’t wanna hear it and were very rude

Do not recommend pre cooked meat also had delivered once it was cold and was 3 hours to get it to me for a local service is bad hope they sort out or close let a better company do it

Sorry to give bad review as the gentleman who served me was kind and polite. However my son has sesame and nut allergy and we are carful with what we order. We ordered a regular pizza, chips and nuggets. All of which shouldn’t have any nuts or sesame. Unfortunately he had a bad reaction and couldn’t eat the food. On reflection the place was quite dirty and run down. Food didn’t look fresh and the prep area didn’t look appealing. Whatever reaction he had would have possibly been cross contamination or possibly from the seasoning. Prices are a little expensive. Sorry to say first and last time I’ll visit.

Prices have increased and portion size has significantly reduced. Large combo kebab is now more like a small! Good food just a shame they've made smaller for more money, And they also forgot a kebab off my orderTastys kebabs on the A38 in future for me.

Would not recommend. Ordered 2 meals one came with 4 pieces of chicken, the other I turned into a leather belt! Prices are very expensive, customer service is nonexistent and you get charged for paying by card, covid friendly 🙄

The worst food I have ever had and they have even put the prices up £9 for a chicken and doner wrap when you can go to muzzys in Bradley Stoke for £6.50 wouldn't eat at this place if you paid me the place is dirty and staff are very rudeWhat a lovely response from the charcoal grill just proves how rude you are took your time to respond to this it's been on here for ages you deleted my last one everyone needs to now how you treat your customers and the public and why would I go to Birmingham to buy a kebab when I can go 20 minutes down the road to muzzy's which has the best kebabs around and are kind to the customers and actually have a laugh with you rather than grunt and look at you like they don't want you there muzzys all the way they are clean friendly compared to charcoal grill Thornbury I wouldn't even give this place a one star

Waited an hour and a half for our food and when it turned up was stone cold. The chips especially were not even edible as honestly felt like they had been sat on the side for an hour. The pizza was cold, could tell instantly as the box wasnt even slightly warm anymore. When we called they offered to send more food, but as we had already waited so long for the food, we couldnt risk waiting another hour and a half as it would be our sons bed time! Ended up making him a sandwich so that he had eaten something before bed at least. Asked for a refund but they said we had to go to the shop to get it, but there was a reason we ordered for delivery! My 1 star is only reflected by the fact my wrap was nice as was luke warm due to being wrapped in foil.

Normally they were pretty good but I spent £35 on a meal to feed me in the family tonight and all I could taste was mixed herbs or Italian herbs on our pizza and not the actual pizza very disappointed
