Had pork curry on 12/2/22 chips not cooked next day had food poisoning beware.

I thought I’d treat myself to a Chinese takeaway, ordered via the JustEat app, the prices seemed a tad high but I decided to give it a try & I’m glad I did, the quality of the food matches the price (also it’s cheaper if you buy direct) good quality ingredients, I’ll be back to try more off their menu.

The website was on default, the company should get their website checked in if they cannot deliver to certain areas, in fact while ordering the food, it accepted the order and received a phone call saying they can’t deliver. They will have to refund or will have to come collect it but while asking for refund for the delivery, they just did not accept it.Instead offered spring rolls, it’s not about the money it’s about the level of professionalism and the inconvenience it caused us.When asked to speak to a manger, the lady decide to hang up the phone, the worst customer service. It definitely ruined the dinner and now wait for refund policy which takes 10 days as suggested by the lady.This was the most horrible customer experience ever received! Does not even deserve one star.

We've consistently come back to this chinese year after year for now almost a decade. Friendly, reliable, tasty food. Our go to choice in North Bristol despite other good chinese takeaways!

Our first time eating from this takeaway was really nice big porshens very friendly staf fast delivery came hot Would definitely order From here again and easy pay by PayPal

Very dirty place.....Used to be best chinese food....NO WAY.. .Disgusting never been sick in all my life...If you like going to the toilet more regular, eat from here..Food even tastes disgusting.Rather starve then eat from here.

Best Chinese take away for vegetarians that I've come across in Bristol. I first tried this place out about a year ago and it was ok but nothing special. Very impressed with how much they be upped the quality of the food and they delivered in just over 30 minutes on a Friday night. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Their deliveries are getting worse and worse with no customer service at all. If you want to wait over an hour without an apology but a mouthful of abuse and lukewarm food then this is your place.Shame as the food is excellent and service was always above reproach, not now. 3 orders all late and lukewarm.

Not only half hour late but when it arrived I realised it’s the Worst tasting Chinese ever!! And when I called to ask for a refund as I couldn’t eat it!! They asked me to return it in its original condition........I had to dish it up and eat some to know it tasted so bad but then they asked me to separate the waste back into it’s containers!!!! This isn’t some jumper I can return as sold! ( can’t even make it up!! And I didn’t get my refund even though I could prove it was never eaten!!) do not buy from here unless you want to be disappointed 😭

Absolutely shocking waited over 1hour and 45mins for chips and 2 dishs. Also driver didnt even have enough change so i lost out on money. Wouldn't recommend this chinese at all and the crispy chilli beef was basic . Would NEVER order from here again and one of the chicken dishs was pink didnt eat so had a exchanged dish and even that was wrong but the delivery driver also agreed chicken was uncooked.
