Costa Coffee in South Gloucestershire

Dreadful. Drinks made really badly and missing ingredients and food is stale. The staff look about 16 and don't give a * **

Just need to learn to listen to what we order. Wanted a large vanilla cappuccino. Got a normal cappuccino, no vanilla. Said yes to chocolate sprinkles twice and still didn't get any. I would be better of getting my drinks out of the express machine's

Popped into Costa coffee at the services at severn view this evening on the way to work to pick up a good to go magic bag the staff were very friendly and even though it was a very quick visit to pick up the magic bag and as its Christmas/new year I wanted to give the staff a tip so I asked if they had a tip jar I could put something in, I was gobsmacked with the answer that they were not allowed to accept tips and could get into trouble with bosses if they accepted one . Come on Costa coffee bosses wake up and smell the coffee ( excuse the pun ) but if I receive good service I like to reward good service or are you paying them too much wages they don't need to receive tips

Cant beat a costa coffee but nice to help smaller cafes in the area so dont always go here take it in turns

I wish I had a photo of the breakfast wrap that was bought for me to put up on here. Not nice at all and my work colleague felt the same way. If you do buy one open it before eating it.

What an absolutely wonderful place. My experience was made so special by worker Sarah. Just pure class waitressing. My god Costa are really making the effort to employ good people.

Fab coffee today. A simple flat white, but made with care. Two ladies serving and both giving very good customer care. The only reason I did not give a 5 was due to the table i sat by being rather sticky and a lot of cake crumbs. I moved to another table and that was a little better. I may have just missed a rush, but I still enjoyed my superb coffee.

Nice place a tad expensive but nice.

It's a costa in a motorway service station. What more can you say?

Friendly place, bit basic inside but that's ok. Coffee was very weak, they must be economising with the coffee beans ☺
