Dolphin Fish And Chips in South Gloucestershire

I asked for something to be changed on my order it wasn't changed . Its a Shame really as they are usually accommodating.

Ordered on Just Eat, order was accepted but an hour later (when the food was supposed to arrive) they cancelled the order, leaving us needing to find dinner from somewhere else in short notice.

Very rude made call to make a order for a pizza and gets told to busy to make. Very bad 👎

This place used to be good but they put far too much batter on their fish and battered sausage and it's dripping with grease. Try Simons down the road in Filton Avenue and it's much better

Ordered food and upon seeing it was over an hour and a half for delivery immediately went to cancel but was told they had "already started making", then why on earth was delivery just shy of 2 hours?!? Food was generic and bland too.

Outstanding Cod and Chips, freshly made when ordered. Very good service, always been going here for a takeout. Don’t know why the reviews are 1 star over 2.7. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You can buy everything you want here and you can place orders on the phone when you would like. There is dividers between you and the service bar. They sale loads of food to takeway it's very tasty I recommend the large fish and chips

Ordered previously through Uber Eats with no issues.Tonight's order was delivered very quickly before the time stated.Well....the pizza looked disgusting 😒 it had been moved all around the box and half of the toppings were off. Although the top and bottom of the pizza looked cooked it actually wasn't. The dough was uncooked and soggy. The cheesy chips were cold and looked like yesterdays chips. Kebab meat and chips were the same.Tried to get through on the phone numerous times with no answer. I have now gone through Uber Eats .

We ordered fish and chips, sausage and chips and a pizza.Delivery was late but that's no real issue as not crazy late. The pizza was ok at best (the only bit that was attempted to be consumed.The chips were under cooked, dripping with grease and covered it what looked like black pepper. Turns out it's bits of burnt food from dirty oil used to cook the chips in. I called them up and they agreed to send some more chips out after an argument over Uber as they wanted me to go through them fair enough. Second lot of chips arrived very quickly but the same issue as before under cooked dripping in grease and again covered in this black pepper looking fryer residue.Gave up boned the lot and ordered from MC Donalds

I've never had a problem with there food and usually really enjoy it! But last Sunday evening I ordered a large mix kabbab with chips and turned up with no bread, no salad and no sauce! OK so I made my own salad and put in my own sauce, not a major problem just inconvenient! But what really got me mad is the face the lamb meat had clearly been re-cooked from earlier! And over cooked on top of that, nits was crunchy and really dry like fake food! And the chicken had half fresh and half old to fill up the portion! I've been loyal to you guys for years! But after this stunt, sadly I will not be buying from you again unless you prove to me otherwise.
