Domino's Pizza Bristol - Emerson's Green in South Gloucestershire

The customer service is absolutely shocking. I rang them complaining after waiting over an hour for a small pizza. They then cancelled my ordered because of my complaint. The driver actually sat in the car outside until the manager cancelled my ordered and drove off. This is the second time the branch has been reported. I reported them to Dominoes HQ UK and they advised that this branch is currently being investigated because of numerous complaints and false cancellations.Avoid Emersons Dominoes at all costs.

Unfortunately this Dominos used to be loads better at the beginning of the year. Just now I call them 50 minutes after I order 3 pizzas, just to check what happen with the order and they didn't even know that I ordered them!!! The guy didn't even apologised or give any reasons for the delay, only said is going in the oven so I have to wait 45 minutes for it apparently so in total 1 and 35 minutes wait. That if they ever turn up in time!!! And I am just 5 minutes away from them! Just disgraceful to any standards of service, considering that they say is 35 to 45 minutes normally. I am really considering to order somewhere else as this is the 4th time something like that happens.

Shambolic experience. They never delivered my pizza and probably never even made it, they didn't even answer the phone. This store needs to be closed down

I’m assuming they deliberately avoid answering the phone as they know it will be a complaint or unhappy customer whose delivery is over 30minutes late, every bad review has a similar theme, shocking service I’ll be going back to local independent pizza house next time where they actually care and deserve my money

Really disappointed food hasnt came after 3 hours and store hasnt picked up after so many calls kids are starving!!

Really disappointed with Emerson’s green dominos would definitely not recommend. Ordered myself two thin crust pizzas instead received a over baked crackers topped with undercooked veg and dry chicken. Pizza was complete mess and eating it was a complete nightmare. Called the place up to resolve the matter but was responded with a rude staff member who was giving me useless excuses. Extremely disappointed that this is my local dominos. Definitely would recommend driving the extra mile to eat from a better store.

Ordered Pepperoni and Chicken Double Decadence. This pizza had two layers of thin and crispsy with a garlic sauce in between. It was delicious but messy. Rating: 7.6

Absolutely awful service. Food always arrives late or not at all. Try call up the store multiple times and no one answers. Zero compensation to date for this too. So gutted this is the nearest dominos to me as other branches are generally alright.

Ordered a pizza and after 2 hours it still hadn't arrived and was unable to contact the store.Following on from this review I order a further pizza on a different day and after having the call the store due to lack of delivery again the pizzas arrived cold and as photoed. I recommend never ordering from this store.
