Domino's Pizza in South Gloucestershire

Ordered two pizzas, only received one. Customer support just hung up on me. Money well spent.Edit: Also, it came in cold. Best not give them money in advance.

Ordered the new vegan pepperoNAY. They gave me meat. I have had this vegan pizza several times before and instantlly could tell it was different this time. Real meat, real cheese, and non vegan dips. Do not buy vegans pizzas from this store. Have contacted head office and awaiting a response. Store has promised to send me out the correct ones...but no longer have any trust in dominos

If I could give less than a star, I would.This place can never get an order right, never answers the phone when you need to inform them they messed up, and, finally straw, took my money, called me to tell me they've got no drivers and I have to go collect it myself, and when I asked for a refund, they never gave me one...Tried to get in touch with them but they never answer their phone...And there's no number to contact their CS.

Hate being this person but 2 hours of wait time and not answering the phone warrants it. Ordered at 18.06 with a max wait of 50 mins and I'm still waiting. I understand its Christmas, I understand its busy and I understand that you might go over your wait times what I don't understand is why no ones got in contact with me or answers the phone. Looking at your previous reviews i can see it's poor management and attitude that's gotten to this point so someone sort it out. Realise this is a big complaint over pizza but I'm hangary and it's 100% your fault 🤷🏻‍♀️

I order pizza dominos’ web site at 8:15pm and Pizza was delivered at 10pm. And while ordering they did not mention delivery time. It says ASAP. I was planning to eat dinner by 9pm and sleep by 10pm as I had early morning flight next day. Now I can’t sleep.Ridiculous service, never order online again

It doesn’t even worth this 1 star! Ordered at 18:40 called the restaurant 20:00 and I was told that the pizza was on its way. 21:15 and after 30 unanswered phone calls still waiting for the pizza! Will never order again! Avoid!

Got two stuffed crust pizzas from here and both came measuring way under size. I contacted the store, but they gave me fun and games trying to get it sorted out. Terrible customer service.

Pizza arrived folded up like it had been dropped and tasted horrendous. Didn’t realise it was possible to screw up pizza this badly but lo and behold they managed it.

For the second time in a row this franchise has failed to deliver our order. Have attempted to call the store on 13 occasions with no answer. Poor effort. Absolutely despicable. I won't be ordering from this franchise or domino's again.

I adore this spot! They prepare excellent meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is very trained, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the guests is nice. I often eat in this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.
