Dominos in South Gloucestershire

Never answer the phone and always a problem when you order here I can’t see how it’s so hard to just pick up the phone to take a order also been ordering here for 10 plus years ordered food a week ago then this week they don’t deliver its worst service I have seen the staff member called me a liar and recons I’ve never had food delivered to my address some times they will deliver other times they wont and yet live 1 mile away also usually get the orders wrong

Called at 00:20, said they would be ready for 01:00, arrived at 00:55 and the place was closed by the time I got there

Tracking wasn't working and staff couldn't care less. Try hiring at least one adult to work each shift.

Rang to order both sites nothing so went on Web then can't pay so went to St Oswalds no one unstands what's been going on about ringing and Web site bloody joke

Ring to order my pizza in advance. The man kn the phone couldn't understand me ? I couldn't really understand him . Do you actually employ English speakers ? There must be a standard or speaking or understanding English. This is England after all. I'm not being racist but I expect to be able to do a simple thing like order food in English in England. I'm not happy. He got my name wrong too. Ill not co.e here again. Intact ill never go to another domino's again.

I stopped ordering in-store after they mademistakes with the payment amount and left out items from my order both times.Since then I've ordered on the website and the toppings are often wrong. Always makes me pause to think whether I want to pay all that money for a pizza and risk it arriving without half the toppings.Gets an extra star because delivery is efficient and the drivers are friendly.

Absolutely snapped! They made me wait nearly 1 hour to get my order correct. The 1st time, it wasn't even made, so they wanted to put it through again, I showed them my bank statement that the first payment went through. Then I waited again. My name on the screen said Ready, so I asked if I could collect it. The person completely ignored me and carried on with stacking boxes. Continued to serve other people while being completely oblivious to me. Then another person said it hasn't been prepared...It had taken 3 attempts to get a pizza and wedges. That's not the worst part. Dominos offered me a refund for the inconvenience, I got my money back, THEN, the next day they took it back from me. I can't believe how much they've mugged me off.The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

Despite being completely dead it took 10 minutes to get the attention of a member of staff to actually pick up my order, out of at least 4 in the building. Despite when ordering it stating 12 minutes, we waited for 25 and even when our order was supposedly ready for collection we still had to wait for missing items. Not impressed, terrible slow service with staff that apparently can't be bothered.

Restraunt was clean. Service was quick and pizza was hot.
