Fortune House Chinese Takeaway in South Gloucestershire

Had a delivery they got the order wrong and didn’t deliver all and extremely rude on the phone and refused to give any money back, won’t be using again.

We have struggled, due to our location, to get a Chinese takeaway delivery! The customer service was excellent, delivery was super quick. Our meal was hot and very delicious. We would recommend and definitely be ordering again!

Waited over an hour for food. Opened the bags to find wrong food delivered. Its no longer a cheap takeaway now, so its really annoying when you receive the wrong food.

This was the first time I had ordered from Fortune House and I wasn't disappointed. Ordering was really easy, and my order was ready to collect very quickly (15 minutes). When I collected my order, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Everything was clean, and with such a bright waiting area any lack of cleanliness would have been easily seen, but it was spotless. The constant stream of regular customers were greeted by the friendly staff, which was great to see. My food order was packed well, well cooked and simply delicious. My brother came over when he heard that I'd ordered and was equally impressed. I'd upload some photos but I was famished and tucked in straight away, leaving nothing on the plate. I'll be sure to post some pictures next time... which there definitely will be.

A nice local Chinese Takeaway, the food is always really flavoursome and tasty. Friendly staff. Easy to order delivery from over the phone and only £1 delivery charge if you’re local. When food does get delivered it is still hot and you don’t have to re-heat any of it. More often or not they give us some free prawn crackers. We have only ever had one issue where they forgot an item off our ordered that they delivered but we rang them and the delivered the missing item to us within 5 minutes. Their quarter duck is lovely and their Fortune House Special Chow Mein is amazing!
