Frankie And Benny's New York Italian Restaurant And Bar in South Gloucestershire

Never been to one before when our daughter took us to lunch. Really pleasantly surprised, lovely food reasonably priced

Walked in without a booking and told no table available as it was valentine weekend and very busy...looked at us as if we were mad to ask. Went outside and booked a table straight away online! Walked back in and told front of house staff there was a table booked for us. Unfriendly and abrupt. Staff were pleasant but not a very friendly atmosphere. Sent starter back as cold. Won't be going back again.

Don’t care about Covid-19 policies. Went to go into the cribs causeway Frankie & Benny’s and never felt more uncomfortable no staff member had face masks on they were cramming people into one side of the restaurant. We would of been sat next to other people eating less than a meter away we might as well as been sharing a table.I feel this particular restaurant is being short minded and not following current guidelines and not having their customer safety or there staffs safety in mind.Suffice to say we didn’t stay and we went else where

Had dinner and a couple of drinks. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive the food was good. Would recommend for anyone who fancies a burger or American style Italian meal.

A far cry from a restaurant when you get served like you're at McDonald's. It's fast food. Pre cooked meals that are set under a lamp for who knows how long to be kept warm all so that your food can be served 5 mins after you order. On top of that the prices are above what you could expect from a real reasturant. It's been a long while since I've been to a Frankie and bennies and I used to have high standards and I would get a pleasant experience, but truly have fallen off and now I won't ever be coming back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite an initial hiccup with our order, which was quickly corrected, food came out in excellent time.Tasty food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. An all round good experience.

AMAZING STAFF - I could not praise them more, especially Kamila! She went above and beyond to deal with the chaos of 20 kids I brought to their restaurant this evening and made it look effortless. She really made the evening special for all of us. There was lots of choice for all the kids and the team helped us with working out allergies menus taking away all the worry! Thank you so much!!!!

First time here 28/10/21 and will be the last. I had Chicken Parmigiana didn’t expect Michelin star standards but didn’t expect tinned spaghetti either. As you’d expect it wasn’t good. My partner had a dirty hot dog and that was difficult to cut £45 later and couldn’t leave fast enough.The staff were very good though friendly and attentive.

Just wanted to say that Victoria really created a magical experience for us. She went above and beyond and was able to sort us out even after a mix up with the delivery. Excellent service, get her a promotion!!

Works well during covid as tables are booths and have screens between them. Staff friendly and helpful though would have preferred they had masks on given they are standing close and over.Food came incredibly fast and was good portion and tasted good, staff very friendly and helpful too.
