Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Bristol in South Gloucestershire

Such a lovely place to take your family or your date. Outside looks like another shopping centre however, inside good old Frankie & Benny’s with smashing menu for everyone. The atmosphere and service is absolutely amazing go and check for your self.

Went yesterday 21/01/22. Food was good I had chicken strips and the sausage pasta. Steve our Waiter was decent too.

Friendly and welcoming diner. Friendly staff and a simple menu to cater for most tastes, food was served piping hot and generally very tasty. Always a enjoyable experience.

Lovely friendly staff especially our host William. Food was well presented. Avoid the house wine, terrible, glad we tried it before we bought so ordered the Shiraz. Ribs were fab. Pasta a bit bland and pizza quite small. We had 30% discount with their cinema deal but does not apply to starters or sides!! Just main meals. Also the restaurant was chilly and we were by the door which was constantly being opened by delivery drivers. Apart from that restaurant was full and had a nice vibe. Not bad for a Monday night Bond movie fest and a bit of grub.

We had a lovely experience, and the food was delicious, freshly cooked. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Eilise. All in all the atmosphere was a jolly and friendly feeling, would definitely recommend it for future diners. Me and my girls, Loved it, thank you loads.

Great server called Steve (Great name), made you feel relaxed, just the right amount sarcasm to make things funny. Food was beautiful. Only downside was the constant flies buzzing around our food

We visited on Tuesday 7th August @5pm.This Frankie's is a really nice place to go especially if your planning to go swimming or to see a film as there is a sports centre and cinema directly next to it.We rang up before to see if we needed to book a table and were told that it wasn't too busy so we could just come up, all the food was very well cooked and brought to the table with quick timing. The young lady that served us was an absolute star whenever we needed something, I cannot for the life of me remember her name but I know that she has been working there for a while and she served us on one of my previous visits and she is always very cheerful.Well worth the visit!!

First time I have been to Frankie & Benny's for breakfast and I was not disappointed.The food was delicious. Prices were okay, a little more than I would normally pay, but the food was worth it - I also had the taste card, which can be used on breakfast items - so it made the meal cheaper.Was very clean and tidy. The server was very efficient and he was friendly and helpful.Plenty of seating, Plenty of parking outside.Would definatly come back for another visit!

I've not been to a Frankie & Benny's for a long time.. Out was always a guarantee of bad service and foodTimes have changed - went to the Longwell Green restaurant after a movie and had a great time.The place has been refitted is bright modern and clean. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food was great without exception.A airfield shot put to the kids menu - which is actually fun and appealing.. Normally we let the kids order adult food as many places just offer nugget and beans. Kudos for a varied kids menu and different portion sizes.. And vegan options!Any negative points? A couple.When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait.. But plenty of empty tables - I felt as if it was a ploy to get us into the bar to order extra drinks. It worked.The only other slightly negative point was the long wait between the starter (which came within minutes) and the main course which took about 40 minutes.
