Green Bamboo in South Gloucestershire

We ordered to collect on a Saturday evening and it was on time, 10-15 minutes. Portion was slightly smaller than what we normally get but was just enough for 2.Would go back again.

i never seen singapore noodles with sausages , the meat was stinky and taste horrible , never again

I'm stopping at the Premier Inn at Emerson Green and they deliver within 40 mins of ordering the food and the food is absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff when you phone up and the delivery drivers are very polite and they ring you up when they arrive.I will always use them when I'm stopping here.Thank you so much for your lovely food.Nigel Martin

Amazing food. I ordered tomato and beef soup with rice. It is the best one I have tried. Will definitely come back again! The owner lady is friendly and super nice

The food is really nice only thing that lets them down is they are soooooo slow every time we order for collect we are told 20 minutes... 45 minutes later and you are still waiting !!!

Called at 5.45 and was told delivery would be 1.5 hours. Agreed that was ok. Called again at 7.45 and was told it would be another 20 mins and delivery was 1.5 - 2 hours (they didn’t say that originally!!). Called again at 8.15 and was told at least another 20 minutes. Told them to forget it - horrendous customer service and girl answering phone very disinterested. Would not recommend or use again!!

Ordered a Thai green curry to be delivered. When opening it found it to be a red curry. I immediately rang green bamboo and was fobbed of with them telling me their thai green curry is red.It looked and tasted like red curry and was bright red. I will be returning but only for a refund

We ordered a takeaway for delivery, 20 minutes past the due time we rang up to see where the delivery was and was told to wait another 5 to 10 mins then ring back if not delivered. Another 15 mins later rang back and heard a discussion in the background, basically the food had not even been cooked. I said we would not pay full price for a very late take away, was told 'the kitchen said we can give you discount on next order' I said this was not good enough, they said nothing. I told them to cancel the order and have since ordered from a more reputable Chinese takeaway. Terrible customer service and would give 0 stars if i could.

First time used and pleasant when phoned order through. Foid arrived quickly and was piping hot. The food so fresh,and amazing flavours. Best thai/chinese takeaway we have had in years..

Changed hands recently, used to be the best Chinese food locally...... Still is!!! Always helpful, if you need items tweaked like asking for a hotter than usual curry... No problem... Definitely recommend.
