Hollywood Bowl in South Gloucestershire

Such fun.. And with updated technology, bowling is now very user friendly

Very lively place, the staff were extremely helpful, clean and tidy, we had food which was typical fast food, however tasty and cooked to order, plenty of games machines, good fun, enjoyed it.

Toilets are modern and clean. Staff were quick and knew what they were doing. Prices are affordable and the stuff you get for them are definitely worth it. I would give this place 5 stars if it was just a little bit more tidy and clean. Otherwise, this is a great place to hang out with family. I recommend this place if you are an adult in a family looking for something the family can have fun with, especially as the summer months are nearing. Had lots of fun!

Went for my birthday. Advised to book ahead. When we got there it was very lively and lots of arcade games to do too. We really liked having our own seperated booth which is normal at hollywood bowling but we liked it so we werent sat opposite strangers.Great fun, fun upbeat music, staff were ready and waiting to take our orders. Overall a fab evening. Definately go back again.Only note i would add is toilets werent great but otherwise fab!

Booking in advance required. Staff were friendly & helpful. The bowling & scoreboards were self explanatory. My son enjoyed this venue with his friends. There are other attractions like pool tables, slot machines & gaming stalls. A great few hours out. Food was freshly cooked and hot. Would definitely go again.

Bowling itself is good. Booking is easy and staff allocated a lane quickly on arrival. Front desk staff very friendly.Food and bar staff are what let it down. Food is horrendously overpriced and very very basic. Tables were left full of glasses and not cleaned. We spilled a drink and a passing member of staff just chucked us a roll of blue paper. No offer of help beyond that. All while staff stood around chatting.It's ok as long as you avoid the food and bar.

Excellent service polite and helpful. No need for changing your shoes as long as they're not heeled or open toed. Fab time bowling. Also arcade type games and slot machines. These are hideously expensive. Waitress ordered drinks was a bonus.

We came bowling on a very busy day during half term. There were a few issues, and I was frustrated and angry with a few of the staff. My partner took over and spoke to the manager who resolved the situation very well. We ended up having two full games with an additional person added - which was what we wanted in the first place. We had a great evening and it's good to be able to have a family night out again. Thanks to the staff for making it fun.

Staff were great, clean and relatively safe environment re:Covid except for the bowling balls themselves are being used by both lanes when we were told that each lane had their own balls. Would have given it a 5 but food limited in choice & not of great quality in at least one order however the children really enjoyed the experience & good fun had by all

A busy but well equipped and well organised bowling centre. Parking is easier in the morning. There were no customer service issues and the children's party that we were with went to plan.The staff were attentive, helpful and good with the children.Food and drink was basic but tasty and we would certainly go back.
