Kfc in South Gloucestershire

Staff were unprofessional, didn't seemed bothered. Had to change my order because they ran out of chicken on the bone. Not impressed.

Closed at 20:00 When the webpage states it shuts at 21:00. Its supposed to be a service station?

Staff don't seem bothered

Second time I’ve come here and it was closed with no prior warning. Says it’s open on google I was here at 21:30 on Friday evening and was shut.

One of the best KFCs I have visited! If you there, ask for Joe - there are KFC crew members, and then there is Joe! This guy is an absolute star and not only takes your order, but gives you your food too! If you're after a KFC experience, this is an absolute must!

No hot drinks. Slow service. Staff when doing nothing didn't even fill sachet boxes even when they knew they needed to.

Staff touching his nose and beared while he serving foods to the customers. They are not wearing right PPE to protect customers foods. Very bad they’re not bothered. No hair net, no gloves.

colonel sanders would be turning in his grave. Waited 35 minutes for our food which was also wrong. Not all of the food tasted quite right and we didn't get any of our dips we paid for. Also didn't receive any hand wipes spoons ECT which you usually receive. Just a generally poor service all round. Dosnt even deserve one star.

Awful. Got order completely wrong, fixed it begrudgingly, still got it wrong. Cleaning staff were friendly, hence +1 star, but have a feeling they were part of service station staff.

On the way back from holiday we decided to stop off at KFC. This is the worst KFC we've ever eaten from. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the cashier pops off. She messed up ordering so much and she tried to charge us extra so many times. With the double down she put extra cheese and bacon on. I said i want the double down with cheese and bacon because thats what its called on the board. She then asked if i want the drink large when actually the double down meal just comes with a regular? Very very awkward. Guess what the double down was barely warm ffs. My reg Pepsi max was spilling everywhere cause it was over flowed. 4 flies flying round the counter and kitchen put me off for starters. Seriously KFC get this one sorted asap.
