Worked professionally with Madd Sandwich for my workplace and can say they were fab, punctual, friendly, good value and delicious food. I haven't used on an individual basis but I'm sure they're just as good and were really friendly in the cafe.Good vegan options too and other dietary requirements. The vegan cakes were amazing!

My fav shop to get lunch! The staff are always so welcoming and lovely and always go that little extra! Very good food, good portion sizes and relatively cheap! Always put a smile on my face when I pop in!!! THE BEST :)

Mad sandwich is top notch, a real gem in the high street. Every time I have been the food has been spot on, absolutely no complaints.

Easily the best sandwich shop in the high street. Not too expensive, lots of choice and very friendly and experienced staff. Their huge popularity can sometimes mean the odd queues (specially around lunchtime) but it's definitely worth the wait! Their salad bar is also one of the best I've seen and I really appreciate the protective hygiene glass cover over all the food that you can raise and lower. Would happily recommend to anyone.

These guys need a serious lesson in organisation and stock control. Been left hanging around in this place for a simple sandwich on a few occasions now, which isn't great considering most of their customers are on their lunch breaks.If you do get served the food is good and fresh, so if you're not in a rush and you don't mind changing your mind this is a good place to go for lunch, though I won't be bothering again.
