McDonald's in South Gloucestershire

Ordered McDonald’s this evening through Deliveroo, the food was taking a while to arrive we had been waiting over an hour and 15 minutes so decided to phone the store as the Deliveroo app wasn’t really giving any updates, spoke to a lady who said she was the manager she didn’t seem interested in speaking to us at all and said no sorry I’m not able to check and contact Deliveroo when we asked her if she could take the order number and check the delivery she said give me a second and hung up the phone, we then waited a little longer and there was still no updates so we called back again and she was rude and it seemed like again she couldn’t be bothered to check but she did in the end and said someone had come to pick up the order at 22.04 but when our food arrived nearly 2 hours after that the burger time it was made is 23:29 so it couldnt have left at 22.04, just full of excuses and she was rude and just wanted us off the phone, we asked for the driver details in order to complain which she wasn’t happy about having to get then when we went to ask some more questions she hung up the call, really rude and couldn’t be bothered to assist, Definitely wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s..

No straw for drinksNo maple syrup with pancakesNo spoon for porridge.Disappointing as this isn’t the first time items have been missed out.

21/6/22 14:05 ordered a mcflurry and triple cheese burger at the collection window a MANAGER! Handed me a melted mcflurry and a bad that contained my triple cheese burger with sauce all over the rapper what tipped it off is the MANAGER didn't say a word to me just handed the stuff and went. I thought this was VERY rude considering it being a MANAGER who is supposed to set a example. I work in customer service and if I was to be the way that MANAGER was to me I would of lost my job! Very disappointed

Not bad, just about 4 stars. Food doesn’t always come out with all its ingredients like lettuce , gherkin etc. waiting area for drive through very small. Generally friendly staff - far nicer than kfc across the road.

My first ever visit to this particular McDonald's. Super friendly welcome from the gentleman at the door and everything pristine and spic and span. Well done to you all. I will definitely be coming back.

Just got myself some pancakes for breakfast. Wow didn't expect to get cold stale hardly edible ones. Never again, was like cutting through wood to get the crusts off with the plastic knife you get.Think I'll go to tesco from now on and get some in a packet and some squirty syrup. Always fresh then.

No milkshakes or frappes once again, cant even get a normal burger as a meal. Mcdonalds properly gone down hill. The people on the drive through are very polite and good at what they do just feel bad for them when they haven't got the right equipment for them to do their job

Ordered Mcdonalds to be delivered while at work. The delivery was prompt and driver was very courteous.Truly pleased with service, my order was right down to the T. Also they didn't forget to include serviettes. Which at times they do just missed the salt and pepper lol but no biggie.Thanks McD

Every single time I visit this place they forget part of my order. Standards of service are quite poor. Queue up and there's always a slow lane so people behind you get served first. Needs a competent manager to improve things, current management isn't working.

Great drive through McDonald’s. Although went there when it was really busy with long queues at the drive through but impressively we were out very quickly with our takeaway. The staff was excellent, carefully and patiently took our order and served it up in no time.
