Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Gloucestershire

Ordered a delivery from the Yate McDonald's. Meal was delivered in good time but was missing one burger. Tried to ring them but phone rang for over 15 minutes with no answer. Had no alternative but to drive to the shop, which defeated to object of having delivery. Was given a burger straight away, however no apology or offer of refund on my delivery charge. Not al all happy with this service.

Useless, Uber drivers don't even check the order, Mc donalds employees can't even grasp basic English explains why they can't read missing orders. Customer service number just rings and rings with no answer. Terrible service.

While going to pick up a family this morning in yate we stopped at this restaurant to get some breakfast and was very disappointed with what came out that drive through window, we normally have a saugages mac muffin meal deal with hash browns cold and the muffin edges were hard and small the only things that were hot was the 2 toffee coffee's we had ,is this how us customers have to put up with a brand that has some sort of problem cooking or re heating a meal deal supposed to be ,service of food was sub standard as if that will do is that how a Macdonald's franchise works ,as a global organisation you have certain standards which are not being met at times like 7am in the morning, the staff need to be looked at and possibly re trained in the art of serving hot food without any issues ,very disappointing nearly made me sick ill never go there again ...ever

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered a 6 Chicken Nugget Meal and they forgot my large fries, not only this but they also forgot my friend’s straw! Will not be coming back. Ever.

On a Friday and Saturday McDonald's always have horrible undercooked chips. They take like a minute and a half to cook and even will beep when done. Please for the love of God cook them !!!!! They are not editable undercooked.

Yet again Mc Donald's have fail to deliver me what I've ordered, the manager at west walk (Yate) @ 8.10 on 07,01,2022 is saying Uber eats are responsible! (His words) the tag's are fine and I have 3 kids without ice-creams and one missing milkshake. The items are not worth my time and my review isn't too but the manager has rubbed me up the wrong way! If you want your full ordered then don't ordered with Mc kids who blame Uber for there incompetency to pick the correct order. The manager is a joke!!!!

It was average ,the food was hot and staff friendly, but there was too many youngsters gobin off and being rude. Management informed but even they are vulnerable when they approach the problem. Use drive through next time.

Good but you're guaranteed to be waiting behind a large line of epic deliveroo orders so expect to wait. McDonald's should have dedicated deliveroo branches really because it really damages the customer experience.

Today I ordered The Chicken BBQ Smokehouse to be honest if you was a vegetarian then you'd probably like it - but I wasn't very impressed with it Way Too Much Lettuce for starters and well I wished I'd ordered The Big Tasty - I certainly won't be ordering another Chicken BBQ Smokehouse

Mc Donald’s Yate has definitely improved since it has had its refurb. There is always a security guard on the door of the one in Yate - mainly due to the issues they have with youths. It is a decent Mc Donald’s on the outskirts of Bristol. I wish it was open later on the weekend. The staff are friendly and the drive thru is always quick too. Sometimes the food isn’t as hot as liked.
