Shocking customer service.Order turnt up with all incorrect items, was promised to have the correct order delivered within an hour and 2 hours later we still have nothing

Disappointed - fast food trying to be a restaurant.This was our first ever visit to a Nando’s although we did try and get a table at the Reading restaurant just off the M4 but they couldn’t seat us for 45 minutes on a Wednesday evening and you can’t book in advance, so went elsewhere.Back to Yate - although we got a table straight away, no one told us there would be a 30 minute wait for food. We ordered food and drinks on the app, no menus. We had to ask after nearly 40 minutes, where our food was. The waitress we asked was rude, huffed and said “you would have been told there was a 30 minute wait for food” but assured her we hadn’t been told.One of the meals was wrong so had to be sent back, this was corrected quickly though.Drinks did not arrive and had to ask again for them.No one checked on us during our meal. Staff standing around chatting. The glasses we received were dirty.Food was average, I’d say KFC was much nicer. Some staff were not friendly and the place looked like it needed a good clean!After friends raving about Nando’s, I wouldn’t return. Nothing special, just a fast food place trying to be a restaurant - without the “fast” part of the food! Definitely not worth the price.

Firstly, there was no salt on offer in the restaurant, so we couldn't season our food. Secondly, we paid for 2 bottomless tubs of frozen yogurt but there were no tubs so they gave us bowls and we couldn't take any yogurt home like we'd originally planned. Only managed to fill one bowl half-way because the machine was empty/broken. We asked for some help but no one told us what was wrong with the machine. They gave us only ONE tiny brownie to make up for the fact that we could not have our bottomless yogurts (the brownie cost less money than the yogurt). So instead of having refillable tubs of yogurt like we'd paid nearly £7 for, we ended up with half a bowl of yogurt and a very small, dry brownie. We weren't even given an apology and it seemed like the staff didn't even care that we were unsatisfied! Total waste of money and would definitely not go there again!

Big chicken burger is not recommended. My companion had the pita, which is way easier to eat and tasted way better.Besides the food, the prices are fairly high for what you get. Though the quality is better than other fastfood restaurants. Value for money is still ok.

Had a lovely meal here with my family, really friendly staff too. Especially Aaron, who went out of his way to make sure my lost purse was returned to me safely. Shows there are still good people in this world 🌎 Thanks Aaron 😁

Wasn't a great visit, we had to use the app to sort out our own order, no menus. Jt was over £8 for what is listed at 4 chicken thighs, these must be micro chickens with the size of meat we received. Plus an extra £4 for two sides (there were just ok), it took around 45-50 mins from ordering to recieving (not including the 10 mins waiting for a table.The website show's that the restaurant also does home delivery and collection which may explain the very slow service for such a limited menu.If you are not in a rush and like light meals then give it a go.

Front of house staff were great, but took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, restaurant wasn’t even very busy.Need to stop churning out so many takeaway orders when you’ve got dine in customers sitting waiting, or get more kitchen staff to handle the load better.

Nice and friendly place to call in for a bite. Managed to get a table without booking within 5 minutes. They have a new way of ordering your meals noe. You scan the bar code on the tabletop. This takes you straight to the restaurants menu where you can scroll and select your options and add them on like you are shopping. When you have finished you sign in and pay online. The food came out fairly promptly and there was plenty and it was hot and exactly what the six of us had ordered. If my chicken burger roll had been a lot softer and my chips not burnt and dry i would have given it 5 stars. Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were good.

Lovely food! Great service. One of our orders came out wrong and it was immediately fixed by the amazing staff.

I love Nando’s, some would say it was just expensive chicken and chips but I like consistency coupled with habit. I come here because every time it tastes delicious 🤤 the food is cooked fast even during peak times. The decor is the same, the food is the same which tends to match my habitual behaviour. I like no matter where I go which town I am in I can go to a comforting Nando’s. This one is clean, tidy and larger than most.
