Pizza Hut in South Gloucestershire

Food was average but over priced, pizzas are better at a local pizza shop for half the price.Waiters communication was poor, came over to ask if he can help. I said we “I think we will get some drinks first” then he walks away. Comes back a second time the same thing happens. The third time I said to order drinks he says you can only order online. So why even bother coming to the tabe if you can’t do anything. Nacho’s, crutons and bacon bits from the salad bar were all stale and tasteless. Would not go again. I might add this was for my birthday, so made the whole thing unenjoyable.

Ordered takeaway via Deliveroo. Food arrived but with two dishes missing. Called resturant to alert them and told that the driver had 'left dishes on the side' and that there was nothing they could do. Spoke with another guy, he apologised and explained I had to resolve the issue via the Deliveroo app. He suggested I could order again via the app and this would be free and they would even throw in a free item. I stupidly believed him. Meanwhile food has now gone cold. On the app, the only options you have is a 'help with order button. Pressed that, says it couldn't help with our missing dishes. I then go on a live chat, get cut off, do it again to then be told the only option I have is to apply for a refund. What a waste of time, money and food.

Not attentive to orders and rude stuff.Came for lunch in with ladies and kids, we were in the middle of the nearly enough hall and were asked to go back to the door and wait to be seated. It took them 5 minutes to bring anyone in, who looked like wasn't happy to see any people. Hungry kids were moaning. The waitress brought my ordered corn to another child saying "that's for you", while I mentioned the table number in my order, she brought it for the whole table not even asking who ordered what. Then they didn't bring desserts bowls for us, I had to ask for those a few times. And no-one explained that we had to help ourselves to get the ice-cream. Awful service, spicy chicken nuggets for kids, which my child couldn't eat. You have to order online, but there is no network connection. There is a free wi-fi, where you have to log in and I can't get why you need a date of birth and a name. A few ladies couldn't get through the order process, the system for online ordering is not very good either, took me three times to remove something from the basket, it wasn't very clear which button to tap to specify what type want on your kids order.

Very good atmosphere. Very good and friendly staff. And excellent service and food. Had a great time for my Grandaughters birthday

Superb pizzas and lovely, friendly staff. Made my 4 year old feel super special on her birthday, she even got to meet the chef! Thanks. Many happy memories for her. Would highly recommend.

We ordered of delivroo this evening and the customer service was outstanding. Helen really went above and beyond. I was having issues with the app and helen made it hassle free to complete our order. I was so impressed by how proffesional and welcoming the service helen provided was, i would definitely recommend to all. The food was the cherry on top! Absolutely outstanding service. The whole team that was on tonight deserve a praise for all there hard work. 🙌 Thank you so much, will definitely order again.Would love to leave tips if possible also for the team for all there hard work during this time.

Staff are great vegan selection has got a lot bigger. Favourite food venue. Getting a table takes a bit longer than normal but it's great seeing how careful the tables are cleaned due to covid

What a great group of staff , all very friendly especially the manager and the waitress. No complaints at all ... I can't believe how hard they all work , constantly backwards and forwards serving cleaning , seating etc. Its clearly understaffed but that They deserve credit from their superiors ! 5 star rating from us ... Thank you

Won a voucher at local school raffle otherwise wouldn't have tried. Very pleasantly surprised. Pizza was good, generous toppings, very nice crust - even the kids ate all their crusts! The staff were also all very courteous, helpful and cheerful. From phoning directly to order because of the voucher to collection. Impressed.

Ordered £61 of foodAll stone cold. Look at the state of it all. Rushed to high heaven. Burnt. Like eating cardboard.Atrocious
