Visit about once a month with work friends, always friendly staff, quick service, enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere. Food is delicious. We all order from the value lunch menu, makes it very affordable. Would highly recommend the restaurant

Cheap chain restaurants are convenient but not very good quality and they haven't yet got the message about the link to food supply and climate change.Vegetarian options in very short supply and vegan not offered in any significant quantities.Your veggie sausages are really not nice. And there's no veggie alternative to bacon offeredTry adding something like Richmond veggie bacon and sausages if you want cheap and tasty. Anything is better than the sausages currently served.Contact me about waste reduction or when you've altered the menu and I'll give you five stars. It won't cost you much and I guarantee for every pound invested you'll save 6

Concord, Filton (nr Bristol) Had a very positive experience when we went for a breakfast with my son and two grandchildren. Compliments to Dave the chef. The food was all perfectly cooked and delicious. The two members of staff who attended to us were excellent. Thank you to the lady who greeted and seated us (sorry I didn't get your name), and to Izzy our server who was most friendly and helpful. Based on this experience we will certainly be visiting again soon

I asked politely if I could use the toilet as the shop nearby which we were shopping in were closed.I was met in a very sarcastic manner with this is a restaurant not a public toilet.I fully understood this obviously but what could you do. The woman I asked did not need to reply in this manner.A simple no would have been suffice.Shame as we were going to go in for lunch.Normally the staff in Brewers Fayre are polite.

The breakfast is appalling, the only thing on the plate warm was the beans and sausages. Items we had ordered with our breakfast were missing and item on the plate not asked for. By the time other items were bought out we had eaten what was edible, after a 10 hour night Shift we were hungry. This was for a breakfast for a party of 8 and had been booked a week prior fortunately only 5 were able to make it I don’t the chef would have coped. I do feel sorry for the manager and the waiting staff they are doing there jobs well, but the morning chef’s is letting the team down, maybe next year our Christmas breakfast may be better ?

Great experience we were greeted by Becki who was lovely and very helpful when taking our food order. Another young lady also very helpful assisted us with getting a child menu and also gave my son some crayons which kept him entertained. A Lovely young lad Lydan was also very polite and checked how our meal was. Our food was yummy we ate from the festive menu.

Ok foodNot great but average grubI had the Mac Nd cheese burger yesterday but it seemed like the Mac part was an afterthought. It was ok tho.Today I had the smothered chicken. (As pictured) This was nice. Chicken was adequately moist and the bacon was crispy. The chips wernt too bad.All in all you get what you pay for. Cheap and somewhat cheerful lol.

Our first visit here on a Sunday afternoon, we came in for a roast dinner. On arrival, service was excellent, the waiters were very informative and helpful. We ordered 2 large roast beef dinners for the low sum of around ÂŁ10 each. We couldn't fault the food, great portions and very tasty. We were bought extra gravy on request and we could have had unlimited refill on the roast potatoes and yorkshires if we weren't full. We did make room for dessert though which was also delicious. After we received our mains, the level of service did drop as staff changed shifts and it was difficult to get attention of the waiters despite the very low volume of diners. In the end we were in the restaurant for almost 2 hours and should have been done in just 1. Couldn't fault the food and value, and I'm sure we'll be returning again soon.
