Sandringham in South Gloucestershire

We booked the Sandringham for my father's wake and the service and experience was great from start to finish. All the guests said the buffet was really tasty with lots of variety and there was plenty even though we were slightly over on the expected numbers. There was no rush for us to leave and the area we were in was set away from the main bar area with plenty of space to move around talking to family. Thank you for making our day much more pleasant

Nice pub and atmosphere. Asked for food to come all at once, but it did not on a table for 4. 2 had finished their meal whilst the other two had not come. Asked where the food was and they did not provide any update. Had to ask at the bar for cutlery since none was brought over.

Everything was excellent. Food was amazing and even though it was really busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food and the staff were doing a great job under pressure.The makeover that the pub has undergone recently looks great too.Will definitely visit again soon.

Really nice pub, especially since it's recent makeover. Always busy with a buzzing atmosphere at the weekend. Reasonably priced too. It's our favourite weekend local.

The lunchtime fish and chips are excellent and really good value, the newly refurbished interior is light and comfortable and the service is first class

First time visiting. It was clean and fresh after just having a refurb. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food I had was chargrilled chicken with chips and a billionaire gold bar which was all very nice and delivered in an acceptable amount of time as the staff were very busy. I would recommend this place.

Friendly staff, great prices for drinks and a nice atmosphere here.We had a pre-booked 3 course Christmas dinner and my only advice would be slow down! Within minutes of finishing a course the next one was being served - but the food was tasty and asking for extra gravy etc wasn’t an issue.

We often frequent this pub. Food is always lovely. The bar staff especially Claire, Chloe and Maisie are very friendly. Also the manager Pete always has a friendly welcome for you. Very reasonable prices and a great assortment of drinks. See you again very soon.
