Thai Basil in South Gloucestershire

This place had amazing reviews so it was a must to try. There was 6 of us and we went for the set menu option B. The starters were amazing. So hot and the flavours perfect. Next was the mains. Again amazing. The flavours so good. Authentic. Tasty and so much of it. We asked for a little extra chilli and a special chilli oil came out. The flavour of this was amazing like it should be a bottled product. The staff were very friendly. Definitely a hidden gem and I would come here again. Well done.

Excellent food and service. We chose a combination of noodles, rice and curry dishes which had different levels of spice and flavours. Not cheap but worth the money

Would have been a solid 5 stars... but my god it’s good. Ok this is by far the best takeaway for miles. The food is always fresh, the taste is always amazing, the staff always friendly. I have been raving on about it to friends and family. The only downside is that it’s expensive even for take away. Just means I can’t order as much as I want as the menu is great and I want to try it all out!!

The service was awful but the food (when it finally arrived) was great. If we hadn't had to wait over an hour between courses then it would get 4-5 stars.

Came here to try out a local restaurant after a work colleague recommended and wasn't disappointed. The mixed starter to start was a very big portion and tasty especially the pork and sesame toast and satay chicken. For mains I had the yellow curry which was amazing and sticky rice and my husband had vegetable.noodles which were really good and he went for sweet and sour chicken. I tried both and liked the flavours but was happy with my yellow curry.

My prawn Pad Thai was beautiful! And my friends all really enjoyed their dinners too. Thank you!

A very nice Thai place. Decor is very nice inside. Staff are nice and friendly. Menu is vast with all the popular Thai dishes. It can be a little pricey but you are paying for quality. The food I had - Thai fish cakes and pad Thai were both very tasty. Would definitely recommend.
