Fantastic ploughman's and very friendly staff

I went in for a quick snack and ordered a fish finger sandwich. The barmaid was very pleasant and I chose to sit outside. However after waiting 30 min with no sign of my sandwich I gave up and left. I'm not sure what happened to my sandwich but the place was not busy and 30mins is too long for a sandwich.

Complaints from some of are party that their food was cold, the service was slow and did not clear all dinner places then served dessert. Could have been a lot better......

Great pub.Excellent choice of beers,and wines but could do with a dry rose though.Very friendly, polite staff.I was impressed with covid arrangements which include outside pods a large marquee, plenty of sanitisers etc.Didn't eat today but what I saw looked great.Will definitely return.

Lovely cottage pie and fish and chips meal. Served by a very helpful young lady. Very clean spacious room.

The staff provided us with a hog roast to celebrate our wedding day. The food was great, the staff were professional and above all helpful and friendly. Proper pub with a lovely garden.Thanks to the landlord Mike for a wonderful day.

Great lunch. Food produced hot and in good time. Children meals equally good. Sat in garden - very pleasant surroundings. Inside bar area very cosy. Staff efficient.

Lovely, friendly and attentive staff who gave great service whilst adhering to all the covid rules and restrictions. Good food too. A very genuine, warm welcome which was much appreciated. Well done Beaufort team!!!
