Comfortable bed and nice shower but room 3 is adjacent to the noisy main road. Colleagues were delayed getting here but food stopped being served at 8pm. TV didn’t work.

Wonderful staff experience. The food was good but it was a bit on the expensive side. It was table service only today. Lots of diners there at lunch time today.

Went for Sunday Lunch today with friends, didn’t know what to expect as couldn’t find any recent reviews/pictures for the Sunday lunch. 2 of us choose the roast with all 4 meats, all of it was excellent and tender, lovely homemade yorkshire, free extra gravy when you needed it. Bowl of veg to share. Dessert was nice too. Will definitely return again

Beautiful pub, can't wait to visit in the winter when the fireplace will be on. We had a Sunday roast that was absolutely delicious

Lovely place to meet with friends, clean, nicely spaced tables, relaxed atmosphere. Verydisappointed with our light lunch.Menu offers white or granarybread, we both opted for granary andexpecting lovely fresh cut crusty granary bread. However, we were presented withcheap bog standard shop boughtbagged bread which was actuallywholemeal. We did express ourdisappointment, to be told thatthey offer white or brown, whichwe corrected. We did receive anapology for the fact it waswholemeal, but no apology for thequality. 9.3.2022

Lovely pub, nice food, friendly attentive staff. A little pricey and they add a 10% service charge. You can ask not to pay it but I don't think this is fair as some people might be too embarrassed.

We booked the Bell at Old Sodbury for a Thursday night following Badminton Horse Trials. We were asked to pre order our food on the basis that they would be busy, which was absolutely fair enough. Our table was booked for 7.45 and we very much feel that we were rushed through our food. We finished our food at 9.30 (having had three courses) and at 10pm we were actually told that they were shut and asked to leave. They absolutely were not busy (couldn’t really understand the need to pre-order). It was really disappointing that the staff were obviously in a rush to get us ours of there. It was a perfectly pleasant evening with pretty good food, it’s just a shame that we felt like an inconvenience to those serving us. For this reason I certainly couldn’t recommend it!Who shuts a pub/ restaurant at 10pm?!

Had the best time! The place is very clean the staff are really friendly and go above and beyond to help there was 15 of us and hats off to the chef all our food arrived at the same time and the food was delicious highly recommended who definitely go back everyone had a different dish and said how long it was ! So high five the bell for being ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we came all the way from Essex and it was worth it. Thanks again for a lovely time xx

Came in for a drink. Friendly staff. Beer selection was ok. Would look at putting in more premium beers rather than the one. Peroni. Didn't have food so can't give a five star. Will go back to try that and then do another review.

Food was great and staff were really friendly, making a fuss of my son who decided he had to for Christmas lunch as Spiderman. A slight mix up of one dish was quickly resolved with no hassle at all.
