This was the first time I'd visited this pub and was pleasently surprised by the standard of the food and service. It was a family meal with a couple of very young children, but we were seated at a table which allowed for them to " run around". Would definitely visit again.

Just a wonderful pub. Nice and cosy, good food and staff are friendly, there is also a large garden to sit and relax, large carpark right next to the pub

What a great pub, we have been there quite a few times in recent months. The menu seems to have changed on accassions, but the standard of food food and service has remained top class. We had the pie and a pint Wednesday special on our latest visit, absolutely delicious. I know it's winter and we should be eating hearty and warming food but I do miss The Swan's ploughman's lunch which had to be the best I've ever had. Roll on summer.

Lovely food and very nicely presented. I would suggest with the steak a small garnish is provided so the plate doesn't look so empty. We had a bit of a wait on food, we didn't even complain yet they deducted the drinks fro the final bill. Very pleased with everything

Excellent. Wife and I had lunch here yesterday. Food, service and the place itself, were all excellent. Had the lunch time offer (2 courses for £13.50) and this is great value. Highlight was the superb risotto.

Shared a fabulous long lunch with a friend and our infant babies. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, accommodating and made it a wonderful experience. Food was sublime! Massive compliments to the chef. Beautiful setting. Overall an incredible experience, will 100% be back with family (and doggo) in tow!
