Been out for lunch a couple of times… food was great.Held my sister wake there yesterday.The buffet was fresh and plenty.The atmosphere and staff were friendly.Would highly recommend for food or a function.They really couldn’t do more for us.Thank youBob & Lymn

Amazing! Great pub food , cooked and presented well! Vast Menu, Specials board as well which had some delicious dishes on it. Well stocked Wine Cellar and dog friendly! 5* all round!

2nd visit to WW good wide parking spaces good disabilities access comfortable cosy clean spotless inviourment with one open fire + log fire easy to to speak to customer service tasty and great choices of food

Visited on Saturday lunchtime part of a booking of 4. Immediately shown to our tables and had our drinks order taken and promptly delivered, food was comfort pub food cooked brilliantly. Graham and Grace both looked after us extremely well showing great care and attention. Thank you for a very nice afternoon we will return.

Had a great meal for my daughters birthday at The Wishing Well on Saturday evening. The food was excellent and the staff were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them and I look forward to my next visit.

We were greeted at the door, and escorted to our table. After been allowed time to remove outdoor cloths our drinks order was taken and promptly brought to the table. The first course of the meal arrived promptly and very well presented. The portions size of soup and accompanying bread was a good to large. Staff very attentive and friendly and ensured the following main courses and sweet followed at appropriate intervals. The size of all the meals are best described as large ! After the meal the staff engaged in a short conversation with all members of our group and exit greetings were exchanged. We all had a good positive & memorable experience

Fabulous pub, warm and very friendly landlord& landlady, dog friendly too... excellent for stopping over in their car park for the night in our campervan too ..

Stopped here for a cup of tea just as they opened at midday, and ended up staying for lunch...Wow! Is all we can say...Service was quick & efficient by friendly staff.I had Lasagne, my partner had Cod & Chips... Huge, perfectly presented dishes which tasted delicious! We will deffo be back!

Great friendly pub, I stayed at players Golf club for three nights and I ate here each evening. Had a great steak. All the staff were attentive and helpful, I highly recommend this for eating. There’s a good selection of ales too.

Absolutely beautiful place, gorgeous food and great setting. Would recommend for a cosy country pub vibe, or a romantic evening meal, it can get busy on an evening so please do phone and book a table! The friendliest staff that cater to all of your needs, and a warm feeling all round! Also I love the decor, very autumnal and cosy! Thank you all for a gorgeous meal xx
