Tudor Raj in South Gloucestershire

We had 3 different servers throughout the evening, 2 of them were great, friendly and polite, the 3rd could have been the manager was not so good, made the people sat at the end of the table pass all of the hot dishes down the table when he had easy access to everyone himself.Food was tasty but small portions, especially the rice. Expensive for what it was. Sorry to say but I would not eat here again or recommend.

Not the nicest experience, as the manager let the whole experience down for us. Asked if our food was okay and a couple of our dishes were cold, so we let them know. Next thing we had the manager stood over us quite frankly having a go at us for providing feedback. He proceeded to tell us ‘he serves 100s of customers a day and never has these complaints’. This completely ruined the meal for all of us and made us feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Made even worse by us not making any complaint just informing and providing feedback of the back of them asking us for it.

Arrived with family for an early evening meal at 7pm (with three children under 10).The main meal took over an hour to arrive after ordering. When I enquired how long food would be at circa 50 minutes post ordering the "Manager" (by name only, not any professional talent) advised we were late ordering (factually incorrect as we ordered circa 15 mins after arriving, half way through eating first course), so the delay was apparently our fault.The food was less than average upon finally arriving, and they even took circa 20 minutes to provide the frozen deserts for our children that were ordered.In summary, don't waste your time in visiting!!. There are better places in Chipping Sodbury High Street to eat, where the managers of those venues are capable of organising a restaurant in a professional manner.

Incredible food, and brilliant staff and service. Highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent service and great tasting food, small comment would be more chicken in the dishes but all tasted great.

As we live out of area we chose Tudor Raj based on the exceptional reviews. Sadly we were very disappointed. As they state everything is cooked fresh to order and have options to write dietary requirements I presumed my request of no onions in my vegetable paneer would be no issues. This was confirmed by staff when we came to collect it and was also written on the receipt and Tupperware it came in. However my dish was full of onions and the vegetables were definitely pre packaged frozen ones. Due to the distance we live away from the Tudor Raj we were unable to return to rectify this which is disappointing.

Food great as usual. But after our meal we were rushed to leave even though the published opening hours said it was open for another 30 minutes. Not the nicest way to end the meal. Shame.

Food was really nice and the staff were nice give are mum a birthday cake and card. And roses for the ladies. Just very slow getting the food out.

This is our first visit. Food was exceptional. Chilli & cheese naan 👌 Chicken Handi & Labra Salon👌Great service , we left clean plates. Thank you 😘

There's no doubting the quality of the food here is excellent. But the service leaves a lot to be desired in truth. One or two of the waiting staff were very rude on my last visit.
