Lovely venue, staff were brilliant. Drinks very reasonable. Room outside in beer garden as well as inside. They play poker here too!!! Had a pork roll and hotdog which was nice.

Big, spacious and cosy. A welcome stop on a busy Thornbury Fireworks event. Lots of choices to stop on the High Street but I certainly wouldn't avoid the White Lion.

Nice food, reasonable prices, pleasant garden, good friendly service. Good Covid measures. Went there for Sunday lunch with the kids, ate at covered seating on the garden and had a lovely time - would definitely go again
