Very friendly staff but I have to say the food wasn't great. I usually live chinese food but this was bland, dry and tasteless. There was a point I thought the food wasn't cooked through properly.Probably might go back as a quick dinner but otherwise I would avoid

Lovely family.. really nice customer service.. but the food is dreadful.. I am amazed at the amount of rave reviews..? The food has no flavour whats so ever… it dry.. and bland… Especially the chow mien.. how can you get it so wrong? Such a shame a local Chinese that I cant use.. and will no longer use.. it disappoints every time… shame..

Just had a home delivery..the food was amazing...delivered quickly and piping hot.Recommend the spare ribs in peking sauce and the chowmein 😋

Winchef are fast, efficient and tasty. Also flexible as my daughter likes to add a custom pot of cucumber to the order which is no issue. The chicken balls, specifically the batter, has elevated to god tier. Faultless

Super Lovely people, clean environment, fast delivery, reasonably priced, but food completely void of flavour. Not once, but every time, and every dish. This must just be the way this take away makes their dishes, as have read many reviews, all raving about the food, but for me, and compared to other Chinese takeaways, their dishes seem to have absolutely No seasoning, I can’t even taste the soya sauce! Such a shame. :(

Such a great place! We had a super takeaway here for the family... Great food, really nice welcome on the phone when ordering and on collection.... And reasonably priced! I would certainly recommend them and we'll be back again in the future for sure...

Amazing food!We rarely get chinese so upon seeing the menu went on to order about 8 dishes in total between the two of us! Price was very reasonable at £47 but this includes delivery and duck pancakes. Food was just incredible. Egg fried rice tasted wonderful, duck pancakes so tasty, duck was already cut up for us which I like and a generous amount of cucumber, spring onion and pancakes to go with. Everything else was lovely. Nothing too greasy, all seasoned well and generally just delicious. It was new years eve when we ordered and yet it still arrived after about 30 minutes and the driver had no problems finding our address (we live on a farm down a long track and most delivery drivers call us lost, despite the very large sign on the main road outside!) Lady on phone was polite, friendly and helpful, delivery driver equally so. We will definitely be repeat customers.
