Yo! Sushi in South Gloucestershire

This was the best experience ever, the yo roll(sushi roll) was amazing and the salmon was the best tender piece ever!! But everything was extraordinary!! I would definitely recommend this place to eat and thank you everyone for this amazing food.

It was a half term and got the email that kids eat for a pound so I promised my daughter we will go for lunch there. Unfortunately when I was there I was told the offer is only fot kids under 10 years old. Tried to talk to a member of staff but there was not helpful.

Too pricey for the size of the dishes... Nice paying system (you have to scan a qr code, order online what you want and pay and then your dishes will come to you).

I love the sushi but the experience and attitude of one member of staff has put me off of dining there in the future.I asked for a booth with my partner as he has a bad back and the bar chairs are backless which causes pain.The waitress said the booths were only for four or more people. I saw two people already sat in front of us in a booth so I mentioned this. She replied saying that it wasn't me I didn't sit them?!Great what an excuse for a response. The bar was our only choice apparently until after ordering food we watched her seat two other couples of TWO in booths when there was free space at the bars. We found this extremely rude and felt like a reaction to spite us. Very unhappy customers from the waitresses actions and words.

It's ok, food was good and the conveyer belt with app ordering was novel. Knocked a star off as I think its a little expensive plus its cheeky to add a 7% service charge to stuff you ordered yourself on the app and was delivered to your table by a conveyor belt

Great experience, and lovely food. Drinks are quite pricey though!

First time at YO! A pleasant experience, enjoyable food and great service from the chef. Just a little difficult justifying the cost of such small dishes. Family of four £70? A lot of money for essentially a light lunch. Would now like to try other sushi bars for comparison.

Treated my son, the fish lover, to his first ever trip to Yo Sushi. It has changed since I last visited and I love the new ordering system and traffic light feature. You order by scanning the QR code at your table (need to set up an account to order and pay) and pay for your food in advance, rather than stuff your face and then almost pass out when the bill comes. When the LED light strip in front of you turns amber it means your food is on its way. Then the strip turns green, your food stops in front of you and you grab it (same with drinks too). We went for a spot of lunch and it was really all delicious with plenty of choice, but couldn't find any ramen/soba dishes on the menu, so maybe that's just on the evening menu. Worth booking ahead as quite a few people were turned away when they hear of possibly an hours wait.

It’s a nice store. We are lucky to be there in Jan and the store is offering 30% off on all coloured plates. The original price is a bit overcharged. The food is convenient and the staff are very nice. We didn’t wait for quite long. The Fried chickens are not recommended neither the Japanese nor the Korean, they are not authentic at all. Chicken Curry is nice. Yo chips are okay, not very special.Pls like my review if you find it helpful :)
