Excellent food, drinks and service!! Great place

It's a pub, nothing fancy but the staff are friendly, drinks are good and the view is amazing. We stumbled across it yesterday and went back today and will visit again before we leave

Great location, but G&T served outside in a plastic glass with warm tonic. At £9 (for a double) not getting my vote, sorry.

Called in on a very busy lunchtime and was greeted by a charming friendly enthusiastic lady The Crab is in a superb position overlooking the River Dart, not an extensive menu but just right for light lunch nice pint of beer and staff that cannot do enough for you

Ordered an offshore lager (premium) was served a carling. Attention to detail poor.Doesn't seem to be a way to reply to owners below comment.I am absolutely certain it was Carling.

We sat outside in their seating area on the water front. You go in to the pub to order your drinks at a station by the door. They then prepare your drinks and bring them to you to take out to your table. All covid policies are being followed and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The drinks are served in plastic outside but we well kept and very enjoyable.

great place boss or barman first class on his own as a lot of publicans have to do to make a living. Yes you have to wait but if you go abroad you do there and except that so we need to in this country we are the only nation that stand at a bar. We need to change must congratulate the person who server us today at around 3pm

Excellent atmosphere, great location. Really friendly landlord here with advice on local walks and things to do. A good selection of beers and cider. Just a shame Wales lost in the six nations. Ah well...

An okay pub just by the river with a few bits of sporting memorabilia inside. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area.The service is pretty prompt and the staff reasonable friendly. The toilets had see better days though.Overall it is either classed as "shabby chique" or it really could do with a bit of s revamp..

Very lively pub.great and friendly staff. Would visit again. Great beer.
