Countryman’s Choice Restaurant in South Hams

Nice little farm shop near Ivybridge in Devon. Lot of local sourced produce avaliable at fair price. Give it a go I say.

I like this restraunt, but the staff don't seem thst friendly, 1 meal was missed and came out late and there's was no acknowledgement of the mistake or apology

Great little rustic farm shop, selling good quality produce, with a butchers on site and parking right out the front.We noticed that some of the standard products (branded chocolate and alcohol) were a bit more expensive than you can get elsewhere but the vast majority are more unique products that aren't available in many other places.It you love chutney and cake then pop in for some .. have a bite to eat in their cafe and then say hello to the chickens and the cat.

Love play area with friendly staff. However the coffe is not as good as owens. I Normally buy and bring and get the kids ice cream here. 3 mouth fulls and it's gone. Hopefully the coffee will improve as we live it here.

Just come back from a lovely lunch we had the best time I have two small children who had so much fun! The play ground is fab so much for big and small kiddies but all in sight from the tables so we know they where save. The children and I really enjoyed looking at there animals and the owner even came out and let the children feed the pigs. Friendly staff, great food and a play ground perfect!

Lovely place to take children. They loved the play area. Bit chaotic during the school holidays as it seemed a mum had set herself up for the day outside with a coffee and the children were running riot.Threatening our toddlers and throwing chairs around.Spoilt it for us. The food was lovely though. We had a bit of an issue with one of the meals but they were very apologetic and went out of their way to make up for it. Lovely friendly staff.

As a farm shop it was honestly pretty lacking (maybe there will be more in stock later) but there was still some interesting food that the supermarkets don't have, some of it was quite expensive though.

Myself and my fiancee visited here today, what a great little shop with great staff. Chat to the guys that work in the butcher's section, full of banter and love a good chat. We will use this shop from now on, its nice when your noticed and feel like your appreciated...rare in retail these days.

Really nice shop with great produce and friendly staff. The cafe is lovely, spotlessly clean with a great menu which is not expensive. The staff are really quick to serve and clear tables and are very polite and friendly. Had sandwiches on this visit and they are huge! Only £4.95 with salad and nachos so great value. We will definitely be finding excuses to visit again.
